Total Amount Rs. 71516501
Key Highlights and Lowlights
Highlights for the Quarter Lowlights for the Quarter
1. Successful completion of Vocational Lab
GEM Project with full payment
1. Industrial Tie-ups and Placement Activities
2. Received complete due amount against
NSQF project for FY 2020/21
2. To develop an Entrepreneurship Cell with support of available agencies
3. Successfully Submitted tender for HP
schools and 215 New schools have been
achieved
3. To conduct a region based survey for overall project improvement and to
find work opportunities for vocational students
4. Successfully conducted online Teachers

5. Successful renewal of 176 schools in the
state of Punjab for next two years
5. To develop an innovation and research cell for Govt grants along with the
support of reputed Colleges/Universities
6. To run placement drives with different T&P cells of different Universities
7. To Start a certification course in the fields of IT/BW/Security
Key Learnings
1. To convince the state authorities to take new initiatives. We should provide them blueprint
to make those initiatives successful. It increases trust and confidence to get more business in
future. One Successful initiative provide many opportunities. The successful initiative can be
proposed in other states too.
2. Some funds that are being used in some states with low profits can be used in others with
higher profit. For example in West Bengal, there are lesser management charges in
comparison of other states, so the same resources can be utilized to get more profit in other
projects. As recently a new project known as Vocational Labs in government schools, Haryana,
brought great profit for the organization and cab be taken into consideration in other states
too.
3. We should start working with state government during proposal submission for PAB
meeting. It is only possible with good relations and trust.
4. We should also explore new trades, SSC certifications and NSDC approvals for group of
companies in NSQF to increase the domain of existing business.
5. We should make all of our group companies participate in tender separately so that we
can increase the chances to get business through any of our companies. It will also decease
the space for others.
6. We should also focus on industrial tie-ups for placement of vocational students and
Entrepreneurship activities for new startups. As there are a lot of Govt. Sponsored subsidy
based schemes are available but no one is aware about these schemes.

It increases trust and confidence to get more business in future. One Successful initiative provide many opportunities. The successful initiative can be proposed in other states too. 2. Some funds that are being used in some states with low profits can be used in others with higher profit. For example in West Bengal, there are lesser management charges in comparison of other states, so the same resources can be utilized to get more profit in other projects. As recently a new project known as Vocational Labs in government schools, Haryana, brought great profit for the organization and cab be taken into consideration in other states too. 3. We should start working with state government during proposal submission for PAB meeting. It is only possible with good relations and trust. 4. We should also explore new trades, SSC certifications and NSDC approvals for group of companies in NSQF to increase the domain of existing business. 5. We should make all of our group companies participate in tender separately so that we can increase the chances to get business through any of our companies. It will also decease the space for others. 6. We should also focus on industrial tie-ups for placement of vocational students and Entrepreneurship activities for new startups. As there are a lot of Govt. Sponsored subsidy based schemes are available but no one is aware about these schemes.
