10. Conducted more then 15 compensation and benefits
studies for corporate clients covering pay and benefits
comparison across a host of sectors. Recommendations
on long and short term payment plans, direct and
indirect employment costs, variable and fix
compensation ratios, ROIs on top talent acquisitions and
availability in the market. Also provided across the
sectors employee reward and benefit policies i.e. gratuity
and Provident Fund, Bonuses and stock options, gain
sharing, capacity enhancement, lean management and
productivity ratios improvement incentive systems etc.
11. Designing and development of Corporate Trainings.
Designing of trainings, organizing and delivery for a
host of clients. Workshops and training programs
conducted on client premises or in a hotel training room.
Conducted multiple trainings in E&Y/Sidat Hyder, CBL

12. Conducted assessment centers for Tapal Tea Private

capacity building. Planned complete concept and
assessment process material and documents including
