simple moments like having meal on the plate.
 Foster a habit of reflection and mindfulness through
Journaling
Its too much to ask, I know!
So, How to proceed
 Focus on now (Present)
 Prioritize your tasks (there could be other imp tasks too other than parenting), Establish boundaries.
 Create a schedule of activities (developing essential skills that they don’t teach in schools) on
calendar.
 Celebrate small victories
 Do it together
 They are an independent identity and meant to leave you, Prepare accordingly
 Take care of yourself too (Don’t loose your time, peace, control, meals)
CONCLUSION
 Parenting is a lifelong journey.
 No parent is perfect, and it's okay to make mistakes.
 What matters is the willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously strive to become the best parent
you can be.

So, How to proceed  Focus on now (Present)  Prioritize your tasks (there could be other imp tasks too other than parenting), Establish boundaries.  Create a schedule of activities (developing essential skills that they don’t teach in schools) on calendar.  Celebrate small victories  Do it together  They are an independent identity and meant to leave you, Prepare accordingly  Take care of yourself too (Don’t loose your time, peace, control, meals)
  • 16. CONCLUSION  Parenting is a lifelong journey.  No parent is perfect, and it's okay to make mistakes.  What matters is the willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously strive to become the best parent you can be.
