PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
INFOSYS LIMITED, (Since March 2012 till Date)
PROJECTS:
• FSAIRR_MMR – Responsibilities involved in handling SAP BusinessObjects Portfolio of
project independently. Followed SDLC processes in analyzing requirements and designing
documents, developing build, performing functional and system testing. Involving in UAT and
risks falling in project and then implementing in production with the help of production team
and delivering to the business users. Worked on Designer6.5, Supervisor6.5 and BO6.5 during
this project
• AF Migration – AF Actuate Migration project involves migration of around 200 actuate
reports to crystal reports. Reports were developed in crystal reporting in line with the actuate
report and its primary and secondary format - PDF and Excel. Application Integration was also
involved for some of the reports
• BO Upgrade - Reports were migrated from BOXI R2 to BO 3.1 platform by BOXI Support
Team. Changes were done at the frontend and backend to update the URL for opening the BO
report. After that testing was done so that reports get opened without any error message.
• EPR- Worked for Entitlement Provisioning and Reporting support team. EPR aimed at
resolving entitlement related issues of the users. EPR Team was responsible for managing
(granting and revoking) rights of users on client applications. Worked on the Service Now tool
and database used was DB2 on which we used to run SQL Queries and basic knowledge of
Mainframe was required.
• Have a good understanding of SAP BO technology and worked on few assignments for
bringing up a new project.
• Have participated and contributed in knowledge sharing activities during projects.
• Interacted with clients for deliverables to complete within timelines.
• Act as Track Lead in many projects taking additional responsibilities of the project.
• Provided offshore support to onsite team.
