Project.
GE Infra’s current CRM platform has reached end oflife. It does not satisfy the needs
of the various P&L’s within Energy and the ability to remain nimble and incorporate
the various needs of the business is no longer achievable. Business has decided to
move to Salesforce.com and this project is to integrate to and from systems that
provide necessary data to be used with CRM. This is implemented for all the
Business’s in GE. This functionality is now extended for the sub-business in GE.
Responsibilities • Interacted with various business user groups for gathering the requirements
for implementation and documented the Business and Software Requirements
• Understanding the Requirement, doing analysis and functional designing
• Designed, and developed the Custom objects, validation rules, Page layouts,
Custom tabs, Components, VisualForce Pages
• Created workflow rules and defined related tasks, time triggered tasks, email
alerts, filed updates to implement business logic.

Project.
Energy Management is GE's electrification business. It has many modules such as
Content Management, Pipeline Management, Risk process and Accounts etc. Power
Conversion, a division of GE, is a major solutions provider and thought leader in the

Empowering GE Energy's partners with this Salesforce application will help them
