Chief Tasks Handled:
Co-ordination with client’s respective cluster Incharge & vendors on daily basis for taking site status
and inspection schedule, visiting sites during the execution period to check the quality control of the
concrete, testing of concrete properties with the concerned field test in-situ. Like slump test, abrasion
test, soundness test, crushing value test, and various tests for cement and cement concrete. And design

Also, SITE Raw material checking-block & coarse aggregate & fine aggregate, each every material
testing using for each construction material ,concrete material testing (mix design ,slump testing ,cube
testing ),calibration for construction equminet. Perform testing in accordance with Standard General’s
Quality Control System. Monitoring of concrete production at site .sampling & testing rebar( thorugh by externial
lab)
 Prepare, obtain approval, issue and implement company quality control (assurance) program annual
in compliance with owner contract and company requirements.
 Responsible for the interaction with owner, agencies, subcontractors and internal departments on
quality related matters including performance activities such as audits, program setup, program
planning etc.
 Reports to company management as required by either regulatory requirements or by corporate
structure.
 As required by quality control program manual, perform activities such as audits, preparation of
company standards, notification to management of quality problems, etc.
 Handling Responsibilities for Quality Control program & implementation.
 Responsible for hiring, training, and supervising Quality Assurance Representatives. Will perform,
activities such as audits, program setup, program planning etc.
 Quality Checking for Execution Plant, Concrete testing, Material Testing Mix Designing.
Quality Management & Control
 Establishing Quality Management Systems across various processes to reduce rejection levels and
ensure high quality standards at all the stages of project execution.
 Conducting various tests & inspections to ensure that works executed are in compliance with pre-set
technical specifications; detecting defects / faults and taking corrective actions.
Project Management / Site Management& Material Management:-
 Evaluating project cost / benefits analysis at project decision points.
 Finalizing requirements and specifications in consultation with engineering department.
 Participating in project review meetings for evaluating project progress.
 Identifying performance bottlenecks and taking adequate measures to rectify faults.
 Submitting field technical complaints reports.
 Managing material storage at project site according to the storage procedures recommended by
suppliers, maintaining inventory to ensure that equipment is ready for commissioning.
 Conducting routine inspection & stock audits to ensure reconciliation of physical stock at the stores
and carrying out disposal of surplus / obsolete stock.
 Monitoring the project to meet the committed timelines
 Foreseeing performance bottlenecks and taking corrective measures to avoid the same.
 Ensuring effective site management and discipline to ensure safe execution of the projects.
 Erection, Testing & commissioning of equipments, providing utility services to the equipments.
 Installing, commissioning & troubleshooting problems arising in the total execution of project.
 Taking stringent quality measures including preparation / maintenance of necessary documents and
conducting audits to ensure compliance with standards.
 Completing pre-tender obligations like submitting pre-qualifications, study of contractual
conditions, project cost analysis considering cost impact of techno commercial conditions.
