• Handling of Customer/Consumer Complaints from different areas of the Mumbai
Zone and before in Gulf Region.
• Supplier/Vendor Testing & Audit of Raw milk/Packaging materials/SMP/Butter
etc.
• Comparative Analysis of the Market Milk Products with Amul to See the
Improvement Areas for the Organization.
• New Product development and fssai Standards by co-coordinating with Head
Office and Supplier Representatives.
• Process losses like KG fat & snf, Packaging film calculations and reduce the
losses by thorough investigation in Process as well in laboratory testing.
• New culture trials with Different Suppliers to meet the existing standards and
their by cost reduction in New product.
• Trouble shooting of day today issues occurred in Products by strict Monitoring
and implementing corrective action.
• Conduct a Housekeeping audit in Depot/Scooping parlors as per the scheduled
given by the head office and report submitted to head office on time.
• Weekly/Monthly reports like MIS, Quality Reports, New Market Product survey,
Competitors Activities.
• Recent launch of New/existing Products in Market are Probiotic Lassi, Yoghurt,
Premium Dahi, New Supplier culture were developed with existing
product(Appreciation certificate received from MD Sir “outstanding performance
in new product development”)
Research Work:
Research works done on “Technological innovations for production of sterilized herbal
flavored milk” and objective of the research work:
• To standardize the production sterilized herbal flavored milk using natural food
colors and flavors and to study the keeping quality of the product.
• To estimate the cost of production of sterilized herbal flavored milk.

Project Details (Academic)
Project member for “EWYL-DPP” (EARN WHILE YOU LEARN DAIRY
PRODUCTS) of A.N.G.R.A.University, Tirupati. In This Project is to make students
through from production to marketing of all dairy products (like ice cream, khoa,
basundi, kheer, Gulabjamun, etc.)
Project Details (In-plant training):
• Three months training at Sangam Dairy (Vadlamudi), Guntur.
• Undergone 15 days training at Vijaya Dairy, Vijayawada.
• Undergone 15 days training at Visakha coop. Dairy, Visakhapatnam
Other Activities:
• Every year particificated in FI &HI ingredients supplier since last Two Years in
Mumbai.
• Participated in one day training in Pest Control Management conducted by DNV in
IRMA campus, Anand-Gujarat.
• Participated in two days training in packaging laboratory testing method conducted by
Indian Institute of Packaging, Mumbai.
• Participated in a workshop on the “Application of seven principles of Hazard Analysis
and Critical Control Point (HACCP). Food safety system in food industry. Organized
by S.V.Veterinary.University and The University Of Nebraska. Lincoln, USA from 28-
30 April 2006
• Visited some food and dairy industries during the educational tour (North& South India)
as a part of course curriculum like NDRI-Karnal, Sugam Dairy-Baroda, Vidya Dairy-
Anand, Nandini Dairy-Bangalore, Compaco Chocolate Factory- Mangalore, etc.
