PA to Group and International Director/ Office
Manager for 3 Individual teams of up to 80 staff
• RESPONSIBILITIES: • ACHIEVEMENTS:
• Diary management;
• Making extensive travel
arrangements (local and
international long and short haul);
• Invoicing/budget handling for all
three titles;
• Managing financial operations for
Directors;
• Supporting and organizing events;
• Updating organogram for a
department.
• Productively supported Senior level staff
(Directors, MD, CEO) and teams of up to 80
department staff;
• Monitored the office supplies by checking
stock levels and ordering supplies to adhere
to business’ and budget’s needs;
• Organised taxis/couriers/business
cards/travel following due processes for
Senior managers and other department
staff;
• Successfully oversaw the organisation of
Company Events and High level meetings,
such Board and “Town Hall”, yearly staff
trip to an exhibition in Las Vegas;
• Strongly advanced my MS Office and other
IT skills, through diary management,
presentation making and financial
administration of invoices and reconciling
the Company’s credit card;
• Effectively communicated with internal and
external stakeholder;
• Negotiated tight schedules in fast-paced
environments, with a positive can-do
attitude towards problem-solving;
• Efficiently reconciled Natwest Credit card
statements for Director and took
responsibility for RBS Purchasing Card;

Certificate in Counselling Skills Level 2 and 3
