I am of 32 years of age and have been in the work world for more than 12 years now. I have worked in
different environments and encountered different types of people. During those 12 years I have gathered
varied skills and experience. I am looking forward to enhance my career path with a new challenge.
I am ambitious, enthusiastic, a hard worker, a quick learner and have the adaptability of working in any
work environment. The ability to sustain pressure has always been present in my inner self. I can easily

 Prepare credit application request.
 Clients Complaints
 Ensure client’s complaints are redirected to the concerned team.
 Liaise with Channel Coordinators for refund of products.
 Tablets monitoring
 Ensure mobile devices given to Channel Coordinators, Channel Executive and salesman
are distributed and received in good operating condition.
 Train new comers to use the mobile device (raise invoice & orders, receipt and
collection of products).
 Help users if:
 Orders are not updated in tablets
 Synchronizing
 Discounts are not available in tablets
 And any other related problems regarding daily use of tablet.
 Liaise with Channel Coordinators and Channel Executive to handle customers with no discount
or exceeded credit limit.
 Process special orders for product discount if discount is not updated on the tablet.
 Process orders received via fax, phone.
 Monitoring of Channel Coordinators orders request.
 Assist logistics officer in route planning.
Performance areas as Administrative Secretary
 Collection of rent and ensuring tenants are update with payments.
 Ascertain good communications between landlord and tenants.
 Dealing with all affairs of the society.
 Follow up and keeping good tracks of all emails.
 Performing calculations on Microsoft Excel and updating records.
 Resolving problems regarding office computer, printer and scanner.
 Scheduling meetings, preparing documents for review, writing reports and assisting with
presentation materials.
 Cataloging of documents in and out.
 Follow up on progress of works with contractors/service providers.
 Ascertain the maintenance of the premises and the whole building.
 Taking the appropriate action with the right companies.
 Representing the society in Court Cases.
 Liaise with Barristers, Attorney at law and legal department.
 Resolving problems with banks and other institutions.

I have completed a course at MITD on Electrical system in Buildings.
I have an excellent knowledge of electrical work and also have a good acquaintance on electrical
installation for almost 5 years.
