OBJECTIVE
I am a Business administration specialist that involves myself in the process of managing
a company so that it remains stable and continues to grow.
My objective is to ensure the administration of a business which includes the performance or management
of business operations and decision making, as well as the efficient organization of people and other
resources, to direct activities toward common goals and objectives.
In general, the type of administration I excel at includes the the broader management function, including
the associated finance, personnel and MIS services.
EXPERIENCE
I was born in in 1976 and have reached a state of wisdom, strategic and tactical knowledge that have
enabled me to achieve the goals of the company that I work for. I am loyal and trustworthy and have been
awarded high levels of financial and legislative responsibility.(18 years service history at Nedbank). As an
example of this the largest financial transaction within my portfolio was R 250m.
I initially started off my career in the clothing design and production area industry achieving a Diploma
from the Borland College, but through experience I realized that I had a talent for
operations, management and administration. I am a strong professional leader and have
been elected as such in my previous positions. Combined with additional courses and 18
months’ practical internship relating to training and management. I am well suited to
interact at all levels across the organization and lead people to effective outcomes. That being said I am
not afraid to get my hands dirty and get to the bottom of any problem and I provide solutions. I am overall
a very positive person by nature with excellent communication skills.
I was offered the opportunity to enter the banking sector with Nedbank and have spent 18 years in this
industry and have accumulated a wide variety experience and have moved through the corporate ladder
and culture accordingly.
The positions I have within this industry are:
1. Nedbank credit card authorizations – full responsibility to release the execution of transactions at
any Rand value according to related information.
2. Merchant and POS (Point of sale) support manager – authorization and control over entire South
African and international territories.
3. Client services administrator- frontline client interaction and problem resolution.

4. Content control and administrator and distribution for business electronic traffic for the marketing
department. This involved database administration and client based reporting etc.
5. Solutions administrator for both internal and external clients. This involved a high level
responsibility in relation to financial transactions and reconciliation. The involved credit risk scoring
analytics, fraud and approvals of related transactions. (CSD Nedbank)
6. Additional responsibility in regard to customer facing electronic banking solutions. This also
included the additional function of authorizing payments to other banks, internal transfers and
assets based finance transactions of high value.
7. Advanced reconciliations of of business banking accounts and problem resolution and solution
management.
8. Advanced reporting at a daily, weekly, monthly reports at all levels including authorizations.
9. High level authorization of signature verification analysis and approval.
10. Account analysis and closures.
