HIGHLIGHTS OF PERFORMANCE DURING THE YEAR 2013-14.
A: AS CHIEF MANAGER (CREDIT & NPA) AT DZO –I
Business Performance (Advances) of the Module
As CM – Credit at Zonal office, I helped operating units achieve the excellent
performance in the area of advances. I ensured that all proposals (SME, Large Value
Housing/Car loans etc.) required any assistance from Zonal office are cleared with in
time. I ensured timely ZCC meetings so that all proposals (Fresh sanctions,
renewal/review etc.) are attended to within time. This has resulted in improvement of the
loan portfolio of the module.

NPA Management :-
One of my Key responsibility areas is NPA Management of the zone. I along with the
team consisting of Managers (NPA Management) ensured that the NPA level of the
zone remains in control. We conducted biweekly meetings and followed up with every
single account. We ensured that the follow up is started right from the day account
shows signs of weakness. All accounts in RG! To RG3 categories were followed up
vigorously and slippage was arrested in time. This hard work resulted in keeping the
NPA level of the zone in control.

As Secretary of Zonal Credit Committee :-
• During the mentioned period, I scrutinized proposals and ensured that they confirm to
Banks extant instructions.( sanctioned, wd).
• I helped the members of ZCC and provided them necessary secretarial support
(providing the relevant and up-to-date circular instructions ). I was instrumental in
successful conduct of ZCC meetings.
• I ensured timely submission of the Control reports of the sanctions/Approvals accorded
by ZCC.
• I ensured that all records were filed in systematic manner so that there retrieval is easy
and efficient.
Annual closing coordinator:
• I was given the opportunity as CCDP Coordinator for the zone. CCDP exercise for
DZO-I completed well in time for all quarters.
• I was instrumental in creating a Help Desk at DZO-1 for the regions and direct
branches to support them for a successful Annual Closing Exercise.
Risk Rating:
• I was instrumental in successful conduct of CRA validation committee meetings post
redesign wherein proposals received for CRA validation were validated upto 31st
March
2013.

MISC:-
• I was instrumental in circulating Credit related instructions of Corporate Centre to
operating functionaries/ Branches under the control of DZO-I.
• I was also instrumental in preparation of various credit related returns on behalf of
Delhi Zonal office-I in time bound manner.
• I was also part of daily monitoring and supervision of the progress under various
campaigns like SME Traders Bonanza, SME campaign, Bulk deposits, Gold Loan,
CGTSME etc.
• I ensured that Reverification of Title deeds for all eligible accounts have been done in
our zone within time.
• I also provided support for conduct of synergy meetings between sourcing,
processing and sanctioning authorities for personal banking as well as SME advances to
find out mutually accepted solutions for problems faced.
• I lead the team for rectification of errors under project Ganga.
• Approximately Notes related to various concessions/deviations/administrative
clearances related to SME credit proposals/Housing/Car loans etc. were scrutinized and
put up to appropriate authority.
• Around Builder tie up Proposals were vetted and scrutinized during the year.

A: AS CHIEF MANAGER (CREDIT & NPA) AT DZO –I Business Performance (Advances) of the Module As CM – Credit at Zonal office, I helped operating units achieve the excellent performance in the area of advances. I ensured that all proposals (SME, Large Value Housing/Car loans etc.) required any assistance from Zonal office are cleared with in time. I ensured timely ZCC meetings so that all proposals (Fresh sanctions, renewal/review etc.) are attended to within time. This has resulted in improvement of the loan portfolio of the module. I along with the team consisting of Managers (NPA Management) ensured that the NPA level of the zone remains in control. We conducted biweekly meetings and followed up with every single account. We ensured that the follow up is started right from the day account shows signs of weakness. All accounts in RG! To RG3 categories were followed up vigorously and slippage was arrested in time. As Secretary of Zonal Credit Committee :- • During the mentioned period, I scrutinized proposals and ensured that they confirm to Banks extant instructions.( sanctioned, wd). • I helped the members of ZCC and provided them necessary secretarial support (providing the relevant and up-to-date circular instructions ). I was instrumental in successful conduct of ZCC meetings. • I ensured timely submission of the Control reports of the sanctions/Approvals accorded by ZCC. • I ensured that all records were filed in systematic manner so that there retrieval is easy and efficient. Annual closing coordinator: • I was given the opportunity as CCDP Coordinator for the zone. CCDP exercise for DZO-I completed well in time for all quarters. • I was instrumental in creating a Help Desk at DZO-1 for the regions and direct branches to support them for a successful Annual Closing Exercise. Risk Rating: • I was instrumental in successful conduct of CRA validation committee meetings post redesign wherein proposals received for CRA validation were validated upto 31st March 2013.
