Summary Comments: Sanja has had a very strong contract onboard the Caribbean Princess and has demonstrated good level of
knowledge, and strong work ethic. Sanja is able to work well to pass information onto more junior
stewards, and relishes the role of being senior or trusted. As part of work within a team Sanja would do
well to take different peoples personalities into account as she progresses with her career, as her bubbly
outgoing personality could come across as overbearing in some environments, but Sanja surely has a
bright future with Princess and I look forward to working with her again soon, hopefully next time as a
Bartender.
