Summary Comments: During the beginning of Juan contract he was assigned to work in the International Cafe where his performance was appreciated
very well by his Chef De Cuisine and his coworkers. He always followed the instructions given to him by his Chef De Partie for the
daily production; he also had received many positive passengers’ comments. Later during his tenure due to shortage of Demi Chef
De Partie position Juan was recommended to be re rated on board from 1st Commis to Demi Chef De Partie, He was later reassigned
to work in the Main Galley Deck 5 Sauce Section where he was performing well with his daily production and also in Horizon Court
(Buffet) with the Executive Sous Chef. Juan was giving support to sauce 6 section as DCP 2 moths. As a person Juan is well mannered
