Project Description
Execution of mono piles for viaduct 6.3 of
the Riyadh Metro Project Line-6.
Installation of cast in-situ bored reinforced
foundation piles with dia. 1,200mm and
2,500mm including pile testing, excavation
and chipping.
Technology & Geology
Installation of foundation piles by using
rotary drilling rig type BG40 and temporary
casings.
Drilling of 1,200mm and 2,500mm piles
using shorter casings with drilling fluid.
Fabrication and handling of rebar cages on
site.
Casting of reinforced concrete piles using
tremie method.
Quality control by means of sonic logging,
dynamic load test and low strain integrity
test.
