INTRODUCTION
In market economy, any a business would want to survive and develop also
must try. Learn the needs of the market, find meet and best satisfying the market
demand is the only successful method for business.
Furniture products is one of the important goods by the Government
concerned. This is also the general issue of furniture business, Tien Nhan trading
service Co, ..Ltd was aware of the role of Marketing and finding the most
effective sales methods consistent with market conditions, business sectors. So,
sales in the company is determined to operate effective business decisions of the
company and should be promoted more.
With the knowledge learned and through practical internships at Tien Nhan

Since 2014: Director: Nguyen Hoai Phuong has started business start-up is

operations, many busy, hard pressure. Executive management of the company was
young, capital and experience was very limited.
Since 2016: Tien Nhan trading service Co, ..Ltd began a more stable,
profitable going well but still have trouble finding the customers because Tien
Nhan trading service Co, ..Ltd established so the Director has defined: distress for
companies operating commercial sectors, the first elements to create development
that is : Quality and credibility in relation to customers, however thanks to try a lot
of the staff of the company has links with a number of stores and some

completed a number of indicators were planned, this problem is relatively good

opponents in the industry with overall trends of strategies promoting promotions
with product, promotion lasts forced the company to cut profits to survive
-Cost of 2017 2016 6.58% increase compared to the equivalent of 175,657,097
VND. Because Tien Nhan trading service Co, ..Ltd must invest a large expenses to
expand the scope of activities and some machinery and equipment for the Office-

2.2.2. Call to customer
Once I get a list of customers from the customer care employee, I have read
the information in the list then initiated the call.
The main content of the call: start the call by the simple greetings, then
introduce yourself with Tien Nhan trading service Co, ..Ltd then entered the main
content: ask the previous orders? they are satisfied with the product? Currently,

During the talk, the customer's response is usually fun, comfortable receiving

interest. However, there were a few customers were not able to hear the phone, or
call at their mood is not good, they're not comfortable and recommended the
termination of the previous call. However, most of customers still refuse politely,
not harrassing me.
Normally average one day I made about 20 calls, each call usually lasts from
5-20 minutes depending on the content of the call.
With the customer does not contact or phone is busy, make a maximum of
three calls in one day, each call within at least 2 hours.

After I had done a call, I had to take notes right in the document information
that my manager took notes The information is usually rated in customer
satisfaction for contracts cooperation along with information about the new
customer contracts.
The notes should be brief but clear, generalize the entire contents of the call
was made.

This document includes a list of customer care staff gave me at first and the
notes I've collectedin the process of implementation of the call

2.3. Experiences learned

the beauty of the experience of each person, from which to draw lessons for
themselves for later avoid stumble in life.

This internship process has brought me a lot of experience on the job and life.
2.4.The comparison of theory and practice

feel in any job would also need the efforts of each individual, and each person
should know when implementing flexible handle the job the best way to perfect
your skills and shorten the time of accomplishment in their work
With the theory learned in College, you need to learn more practical to get
rich and solid knowledge in order to help solve the assigned tasks better. because I
specialized studies Faculty Of Forreign Languages along with work experience

yet but was assigned to the internship in customer care Department so sometimes I
was confused, I didn't know how handle situations.
When I practice in Tien Nhan trading service Co, ..Ltd., I realized the need to
have a balance between theory and practice to help me quickly learn to work and
bring about more realistic experience helpful. If you want to make good jobs first
to master the knowledge learned previously. When it will create a momentum and
a solid base to help us complete the good work.

CHAPTER 3: INTERNSHIP SUMMARY
3.1 Results of the internship
-I used to understand how to post message search customer efficiency.
-I have already consulted the product for 20 customers via email and phone. Meet
directly 8 specific Exchange customer about product, payment method.
-I have created a fanfage on the social network Facebook link of you in the group
to perform the task of flyers and contact information in the course of work.
3.2 The skills have made.
-Communication skills at work: historical dress, communicate amiable with
everyone creating beautiful images for ourselves as well as for the company.
-Ability to use Office equipment: printing, photo documentation.
-Skills of team work: with the in group, not the group split when working
together, helping each other along as general sales objectives.
-Consulting skills, persuasion and psychology of customers
3.3 The experience has accumulated.
-Go to work on time, because working in a professional environment should work
on time is important.
-When making any plans, always put the efficiency gain up top and with the
determination.
-Calm, confident of solving the problem. No embarrassment, loss of autonomy,
the lack of control the mood.
-Know how to behave with colleagues and superiors, relieving stress when work
overload.
-Experience using determination to convince customers that are applied in the
company. This has created success and reputation to the company

3.4.Evaluation:
3.4.1. Advantages
The school
-The school has equipped me full knowledge to good practice at company: soft
skills I learned skills such as team work, time management skills, communication
skills at work ... has helped me before confidently people, solve problems
optimally.
-Specialized knowledge such as sales management, business communication,
public speaking ... helped me to have solid knowledge when dealing with these
situations arise.
The company
-The company has a distinctive culture, encourage everyone's morale, create a
dynamic work environment, professional and friendly.
-The investment company of machinery, equipment, rooms convenient for
practical process in real time.
-The company has helped me to improve the knowledge, helped me understand
the preferences of each work, each environment will adopt different ways, should
not be too rigid emphasis on theory.
-I got the help of Chief as well as the employees, friends in the company besides
just teaching helped me feel confident and complete the good work.
3.4.2. difficults
-Short practice time should not learn skills with the sales activities of the
company. The practice hasn't really smoothly.
-My work experience is still less should be easy to make an error.
-Job search difficult because customers have not yet mastered how to search
effectively

3.5 Recommendations

administrative personnel, sales and other departments to help interns complete
best practice process.

CONCLUSION
The industrial equipment market is recovering. Along with the ventilation
of the State policy in recent times, the industry will have to change. Despite still

After the internship at the company, I feel the sales activities of the
company are relatively complete, professional and reasonable. Besides that I have
seen are getting weak, the company's strengths in sales activities.
Because of the time and conditions of knowledge also many limitations, so

contribution, the company will improve the sales activities, gradually evolved to
become the leading enterprise in the field of industrial equipment sales.
