four years ago, the company has made many significant achievements in areas, was
founded with the desire to bring the highest credibility and satisfaction for the quality
of service for customers. that determination is always the active direction of proving
The Republic during the past time. all the company's staff has experiences, be well
educated in the country and abroad. However, with the force and dynamic sales staff
are always willing to resolve customer service and thoughtful, conscientious, always

Lighting Vietnam trade and services company limited is the company distributing the
lamp, electric type branded MIHA, MBV, MI by the Minh Hoa Investment Company
commercial production, products such as: Cable manufacturing, fiber optical cable.
Produc of wires, cables and other electronics, electric equipment production types,
electric lighting equipment manufacturing, electrical manufacturing, repair of
electronic and optical equipment, gate valve-one-way valve, gate valve, butterfly
valve, foot valve, brass balls, steel pipes, ... and threaded fittings. In addition the
company also distributes the water meter type mark Unik (Taiwan), Zenner-Coma

The company operates in accordance with the registered function in the
business registration license. The company specializes in producing domestic and
exported to foreign countries training in professional environment go up along with the
experience gained in the process of development so as to establish the company has
identified its business direction is to bring the best quality products for consumers with
professional working style at the same time contribute to job creation, contributing to
the State budget, stabilize and improve the lives of staff.

We understand that the main function of Lighting Vietnam Trade And Services
Company Limited is processing lampposts, plastics, electronics and other
accessories,…Workers who work at Lighting Vietnam Trade And Services Company
Limited have many years of experiences in the automatic production line of the
factory.
All products of Lighting Vietnam Trade And Services Company Limited have
been manufactured based on the available models and size under the specifications of
Lighting Vietnam Trade And Services Company Limited. They understand that
Lighting Vietnam Trade And Services Company Limited does not have any design
and technical function. Most employees of Lighting Vietnam Trade And Services
Company Limited take on the work related to production and they are only responsible
for the specifications of finished products complying with the standards set by the
parent company and these products will be labeled under the standards of the parent
company.
1.4.3. Material and Production process
The main material to make the buckles is imported by Korea. The pure plastic
beads are packing in the bags and send to Lighting Vietnam Trade And Services
Company Limited . The main plastic beads are Nylon, Acetal,ABS,Nylon 66, ER
5200, Acetal TE 22, P.P, Urethan… On the other hand, the colors are imported
too.Each color has a code, so if the customers need that color they also send the code
of that color for us. In this company, They have a lot of color chips books for the
customers. If they need that colors for that products, we base on the color in the color
chips book and produce that products for them.
12. INTERSHIP ACTIVITY PROCESS
2.1. Job Description.
2.2.1.Description of the real job.
My job is office staff in the company. Everyday I have to type the documents,
receive and reply the emails from the customers. I usually go to the warehouse and
take the samples and send them for customers. Besides that, I take photocopy
documents and scan the documents,…..On the other hand, I know how to use the scan
and the fax machine. The most difficult work is checking the price in the list with the
price in the computer. It seem to be simple, but it is not when you begin prepare
checking lists. The work in the office requires calm, concessions and listen to my
superiors. The work is more difficult which I have checked the color of the samples
with the colors in the color book. Then I write out the name and the code of the colors
and give it to my superiors. Besides that, I usually go to the factory to check the
process to produce the goods with my supervisor.
I spent 6 weeks on training in the Lighting Vietnam Trade And Services Company
Limited. I went to the company 5 days a week (from Monday to Friday). Follow the
internship diary below and see what I have done at Lighting Vietnam Trade And

2.2. Analysis and evaluation.
2.2.1.Advantages and Disadvantages.
- Advantages.
Be practiced in a large and long history as Lighting Vietnam Trade And Services
Company Limited Comany is a good opportunity for me to learn valuable experience
which contributes to future work. In addition, the board of the director and all staff
guide enthusiastically during my internship that is a huge motivation for me to
integrate into a new environment and learn a lot of experience from them. My
supervisor always gives me the opportunity to practice as a staff as well as convey the
experience to cope with situations happened in the comapny even I am just a
internship student. Moreover with the large numbers of customers especially foreign
customers, I have more chance to communicate with them by using English , learn
how to communicate more openly and more confident .
13. Through the attitude and professional working style, I learned how to communicate
with others especially with its customers. I also enhance the skills to recognize and
handle problems related to the company effectively. Moreover my English level is
improved significantly. I find it necessary to know how to support and coordinate each
other to bring high efficiency.
- Disadvantages.
This is the first time being practiced in real working environment so I am so
crestfallen.It takes me approximate a week to keep up with the environment, especially
with the work of the staff in the office. Although I have trained and equipped with the
necessary knowledge but I faced many difficulties in communicating with customers
especially foreigner customers Moreover shying, inconfident and limited words of
business field are my troubles that make me communicate short or simple sentences
only.
In addition, the ability to handle situations is poorly and not really keen on the job
because I have never experienced such situation therefor I do not have much
experience to solve the problem. Neither some soft skills nor knowledge in experise is
not enough so I need more time to search and learn these experience. However base
on this disadvantages I find myself what lacking of and what needs to improve so as to
complete myself.
2.2.2. Evaluating and Stragetries.
After the internship, I realized a lot of changes ad improvent from myself. In other
words, this is a precious opportunity to spend on real practice and learn a lot of
knowledge from the staff there. Moreover, I can apply many knowledge that I have
learnt to reality. There for, some skills as listening and speaking English skills are
significantly improved, I can confidently communicate with many people including
foreigners and I would become nimble and focused on the job than before. However;
besides that I have a lot of restrictions on the specialized knowledge and working skills
need overcoming. When I know what my trengths and my weaknesses are to make my
own goals and orientations specific strives for myself.
My current target is to complete the curriculum at the University. After that, I will
continue to engage in short-term courses in Lighting Vietnam Trade And Services
14. Company Limited Company. Simultaneous, I upgrade my English level and participate
other foreign languages as Chinese, Japanese and Korean.
Accumulated from the experience of the staff there, I find it necessary to equip soft
skills involved in extra-curricular activities. I can help me be more confidence in
communication, and contact directly with the actual situatios which improve the ability
to handle with problems. Besides accompany with learning new knowledge from
outside to upgrade my understanding
From the sincere advice of staff there. I find that when you get any problems, you
must keep calm to find solutions; thinking carefully before doing anything. Especially,
facing with difficult problems, you should control your emotion as less as possible in
order to get the highest effect in working. Learning the failures of ourselves and the
experiences from others is the most corial lesson during my internship. It shortens the
time to learn and have more opportunities to try new things that I have not experience.
15. 3.1. Conclusion.
Internship is a period of time that give me the opportunity practice and use the
knowledge what I have learned at the university and apply it in a professional
environment. The internship helps me to know what jobs I like in the office. On the
other hand, internship time helps me to show my professional skills and talents. It
gives me a change to develop the communication and interpersonal skills. Besides, it
helps me to build my knowledge and practice a higher level responsibility and
confident. Unfortunately, I am able to avoid conflicts and timely resolve a
misunderstanding or problem in the workplace.
Internship time is an opportunity for me to face with the truth and it helps me
affirm my abilities. This is also a good change for me to receive a suitable job from the
company.
I think that this is a great opportunity for me to cultivate the skills that I have
shortcomings at school as well as accumulate experience for myself. Because there are
many foreign visitors, so this is indeed a good opportunity for me to cultivate my
foreign language. Besides, the job of a receptionist requires agility, responsiveness in
handling job and the ability to communicate well; that is why at this time. I can be
more comfortable and confident to communicate with foreigner and recognize
problems more objectively.
After 6 weeks of training process at the Lighting Vietnam Trade And Services
Company Limited. I finished my internship successfully with the whole-hearted help
from my instructor Msc. Tran Anh Vu, my supervisor and all employees in the
company. Once again, I would like to thank Msc. Tran Anh Vu and Lighting Vietnam
Trade And Services Company Limited as well as the staffs for supporting and creating
condition for me to complete my training process and complete my report.

16. 3.2. The experience lessons from the internship.
Through 6 weeks of training process at the Lighting Vietnam trade and services
company limited , I got a lot of valuable working experience and soft skills such as “
How to communicate with your director?, how to communicate with your partners?,
how to answer the mails of customers?....”
During my internship time, I got a lot of experiences and knowledge. To me, these
experiences will help me a lot for my job in the future.
This is my opportunity to use and improve my English knowledge at workplace to
communicate and work with foreigners and customers. I can improve my speaking and
listening skills. Besides that, I can practice my writing skill by answering the mails for
customers. And now, I have know how to sales, management, training and solve
problems.
I recognized that my English is improved so much by working in this company.
On the other hand, I have known how to use the photocopy and the scan machine,how
to receive and reply emails, how to check samples, how to check products….. In
conclusion, after this internship time, I become grow up with experience to solve the
difficulties. I feel more confident when I talk with my customers and in many
situations in the company. Therefore they have to have some necessary quality as
follow:
-Good appearance, professional skills, professional style with fluent foreign
language, ability to communicate well and cultural- society understanding.
-Be hospitality, courteous, friendly, gentle with guests
-High self- awarness, good time management, high under pressure
-Quick reaction and the ability to resolve situations rising well, keep calm in any
cases because of just an anger saying, the customers can be able to refuse to cooperate.
- Listen carefully, this is the most important element since customers show how
dissatisfied they are and fell respectful, interested in them or not based on their answer.
In this case the receptionts have to suspend the work being done to listen to customer
complaints.
- Should apology for any problems without blaming on any factors
17. - Be sympathetic with the customer by sincere words. Staff should put yourself in the
shoes of the visitors to identify customer exasperation in order to these comforting
words, share best easy listening.
- Focus on the customer complaint refered to without comment.
