Responsibilities in Production Planning and Control:
 To run the weekly MRP as per sales input.
 Cell wise monthly, weekly and daily production planning as per sales
input.
 Daily monitoring of adherence of given plan cell wise.
 Planning of Delivery Schedule of Job Workers on Basis of their SOB,
Inventory Norms & Production Plan.
 Follow-up with production towards the timely cell wise production entry in
system.
 Daily analysis of DPR.
 Weekly meeting with procurement to ensure RM availability as per
production plan.
 Follow-up of BOP movement from stores to production line.
 Analysis of consumption of BOP as per BOM.
 Follow-up of the Production According to the Plan & Inventory Control.
 Prepare Daily Plan Realization Report & Analyzing the Gap between Plan
vs. Actual.
 Preparation of Monthly MIS of plan vs. actual production.
 Monitoring of number of production failures with their reasons.
 To reduce WIP from production area.
 Ensuring Material on Line as per FIFO Rules.
 Monitoring Daily Dispatch Detail of supplier’s As per Requirement.
 Monthly Analyses of Delivery & Production Performance.
 Procurement of material from different suppliers with in NCR and outside
NCR region as per the kit plan from the customer.
 Giving schedules to supplier on monthly bases having next three month
projection.
 Follow-up with vendors in order to insure smooth supply of material.
 Vendor rating analysis for supplies.
 Review monthly meetings with suppliers for their concerns like payments,
rejection etc.
 Supplier visits in order to know the status of R/M at their end and other
issues like packaging, M.O.Q, Transportation, Pending schedules etc.
 Reconciliation of all subcontractors on monthly basis.
 Making MIS report.
 Daily rejection analysis as per sales.
 Section wise rejection data monitoring against the actual production.
 Export shipment planning.
 In-house manufacturing and export to Thailand.
 Packing & development for export shipments to Japan and Thailand.
Responsibilities in Logistics:
 Ensuring 100% ship windows compliances as per costumer schedule.
 Looking after outbound logistics that is timely dispatches to customer
(MSIL).
 Making RGP& NRGP and tracing all the transport related issues.
 Also assist my co-workers for the MSIL dispatches.
 Focus on timely clear of the customer’ schedules.
 Material Trolleys reconciliation on monthly bases.
 Monitoring the customer return parts and their disposition.
 Outbound logistics freight calculation.
 Trolley reconciliation at Supplier end.(MSIL & HONDA)

 Review meeting for under development new projects.
 Monitoring and forecasting of shortages for production line on daily bases.
 Weekly reviewing safe storage of all parts.
 Ensuing GRN for goods (receiving, physical verification, discrepancy. note
for shot receiving) punched by receiving person.
 Ensuring timely issuance of material on line as per production plan.
 Mini- max maintenance of inventory controlling.
 Rejection returns status to be monitored on daily bases.
 Timely disposition of slow moving and dead stock if any.
 Maintaining 5S in stores.
 Kaizen related data to be submitted to the operation excellence dept. on
monthly bases.
