Preparing and updating the master plan based on the inputs received from OH/Marketing group
Preparing the manufacturing plan for Spares / Retrofit breakers with one to one solutions every month considering
the order backlog and delivery priorities
Preparing the BOM for every retrofitted job and giving one to one solution to the customer
Updating the plan order/Production orders of retrofitted Jobs as the retrofitted jobs are customized one and to ensure
proper consumption of material in SAP
Giving the material requirement to the Purchase team in for of purchase requisition based on the BOM maintained by OH
team and also update the material master MRP views in SAP based on the category of material.
Analyzing the non moving inventory in system and make an action plan for consumption of the same
Lead the stock take activity during the physical inventory count and also analyze the difference in system vs physical
stock if any and find the root cause for the same to improve the system.
Analyzing the BOM errors on regular basis, and modify the BAM based on the planning strategy.
