program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
 Monitoring ERP/SAP enable working, Day to day timely transactions(Gate entries, MRN/GRN,ISSUE,JOB
WORK, P.R’s, RGP’s, NRGP’s)
 Daily monthly MIS including consumption details, Inventory details including total inventory, Red
inventory, Slow inventory, dead inventory, Inventory days, pendency in GR’s, Invoice, rejection and
other departments issues.
 Daily analysis of GWR/OT of store personal, Cogi clearance & analysis, Analysis of Production/Man
hour loss due to material supply.
 Gap analysis report with proper countermeasures (Inventory variances perpetual,3rd
party reco gaps,
inventory Ups, Slow/red/dead inventory ups, Cogi, man-hour loss, Stock outs, Documents pending
(RGP’s pending >90 days,57F4>150 days, Rejection invoice pending (Line, Receiving & customer
