Even doctors have a dilemmna when they have to prescribe the drugs on the basis of data collected and researches performed in countries round the world.Is the DNA same for people in and outside india? – Mostly experiments are performed on Asian women who have more powers given to them than their counterpart indian females.If the latter passes through the same set of experiments,it will imply that their skill and involvement in society has nothing to do with results,which will be a huge contradiction

  8. Out of 30 judges, there were 6 females in the Supreme Court and 58 women judges out of 609 judges in various High Courts, when a reputed daily performed this survey. There is no women judge in a total of 6 high courts in India while the highest percentage of women judges are present in high courts of Delhi, Chandigarh, Chennai, and Mumbai

There has been a sharp rise of females from 56% in fifteenth General Elections to 66% in the sixteenth elections of 2014.Nonetheless in States, their share is 8% With only 10.8 per cent of women representation in the Lok Sabha and 10.3 per cent in the Rajya Sabha, India ranks 98 in the world, according to the data released by the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU), an international group that works for promoting democracy, peace and co-operation in the world.
  10. 30% females are in Indian Economic Service and only 12% in Indian Trade Service ,amongst the All-India and Central Group Services
  11. This environment can include home,college,office,public arenas.As for the inclusion of women in decision making activities in the real sense,we have to start from our own selves.It’s easy to preach but difficult to actually implement and prevent being hypocritical.
  12. Creation of a semi-idealistic system of provision of mentoring programmes for inexperienced women.This in particular offers special packages of training, inclusive of fulfilment of goals like public speaking and self-assertion ,leadership and decision-making, along with political campaigning.
  13. Instead of Merely using publicity gimmicks as a tool like in the case of political parties,women can be promoted as key decision makers if every citizen online takes a genuine responsibility.
