- It is often noted that an average person makes 35,000 decisions a day. Some are quick and thoughtless, like whether to have juice or shake; others are concerned with the integral stuff, like what school you should send your kid to or whether to apply for that job interview. Is one strategy better than the other? It is better to be risk-hungry or risk-alert?

- Creation of a semi-idealistic system of provision of mentoring programmes for inexperienced women.This in particular offers special packages of training, inclusive of fulfilment of goals like public speaking and self-assertion ,leadership and decision-making, along with political campaigning.
- Instead of Merely using publicity gimmicks as a tool like in the case of political parties,women can be promoted as key decision makers if every citizen online takes a genuine responsibility.
