- Working in tandem with Cisco clients, partners, products Engineers
and Internal business account managers all over the world specially
EMEA and Middle East region such as (Qatar/Kuwait/KSA/Bahrain
and UAE) for End to End business on critical IT products to help
finding proper solutions for HW and SW problems.
- Configuring Cisco routers, Switches and Cisco VPN software during
the test phase before getting manufactured using Cisco Configuration
tools.
- Managing customer relationships through all the phases of the sales
cycle to help closing all the deals.
- Logging and recording of case histories using CRM Tools.
- Updating partner’s profiles and validating them to be able to track
the manufacturing process of Cisco Orders.
- Using Cisco Tools and Oracle 11i to collect and analyze Cisco order’s
data to help fixing any problems during the manufacturing process or
pre-manufacturing stage.
- Validating contractual and promotional discounts requested by Cisco
