Project Coordinator for several projects, including the construction, commissioning,
maintenance and restoration of mobile phone base stations for Telstra, Optus and
Vodafone.
Achievements included: successful Greenfield projects, U900 upgrade, Huawei’s
Integration and Installation.
Planned, scheduled, managed, and reported on all the projects. Prepares site
Quotes, updated on site progress, pprepared BOQ’s for works to be completed,
followed up with customers for PO’s and payment.
DUTIES: (including but not limited to)
 Receive employee requests and refer to the appropriate HR Officer
 Update the OH&S manual under the direction of the Project Manager
 Determine staffing numbers, skills and needs to meet the organisation's
objectives
 Analyse the skills and qualities required for each particular job and develop
job descriptions, duty statements, SWMS, Safety Documents.
 Advertise staff vacancies, Assess applications, interview applicants,
administer selection tests, prepare reports and make recommendations to
management about staff appointments
 Maintain the personal records of employees on matters such as wages,
superannuation, leave and training, and prepare associated management
reports
 Arrange and conduct staff training, Supervision of other Administration staff.
 Project Management (methodologies, principles and practices)
 Stakeholder meetings
 Risk Management
 Performance Management.
 Ad Hoc Administration Duties
 Completing and submitting Council Applications, ie Crown Castle, Vodafone,
Optus etc
 Manage the performance of the administration team including workflows,
appraisals, KPIs and people development.
 Manage change across the admin team and its environment
 Maintain various registers and spread sheet.
 Procurement (Product Purchases, Data handling, Communication with
Suppliers)
