Within my role I have proved to be a self disciplined, motivated and extremely organised person. I thrive in an
environment where efficiency is required and I am always eager to take on additional responsibilities and learn new skills.
I am a competent Microsoft Office user working to an intermediate level, I have experience of Sharepoint, Google drive
and Ms Project. During my role within the NHS I have had to show a high level of flexibility due to stringent financial
deadlines to achieve project milestones
Career History Papworth Hospital - April 2007 to Present
Project Team Coordinator
Key skills and responsibilities:
 Document management of the Project processes, including archiving, tracking and distribution.
 Version control activities using E-Box, SharePoint, Google Drive and SkanDocs
 Organising and monitoring activities with regards to forward-planning, coordinating of all
workstreams (design, FM, Technical, Commercial) with both the external and internal
stakeholder and bidder
 Quality Assurance of all project documentation, including raising clarifications on design data
 Managing a team of 2 administrators and assigning workload on a day to day basis
 Communicating with internal and external stakeholders (Skanska, NPH Healthcare, Skanska
Facilities, OCS)
 Chairing and actioning minutes as required during regular review meetings throughout the
project timeline
 H&S representative for the project and local business unit
