Engineering Projects Directorate December 2015 - Present
 Engineering Project Manager reporting to the Director of Engineering Projects Directorate.
 Involved with civil projects for the Ministry of Interior (Federal) and Abu Dhabi Police Headquarters
(local).
 Management of projects from Contract award through the construction period to successful completion
and handover to the client.
 Responsibilities include monthly inspections, verify construction is in compliance with contract
requirements, check progress in line with the contract programme, certification of progress payments,
verification of testing and commissioning, checking ‘As Built’ drawings and Operation and Maintenance
manuals, completion of contract close out and hand over procedures, verify rectification of defects
during the Defects Liability period and agreeing the issuance of the Final Taking Over certificate and
release of final payments.
