OBJECTIVE

the CEO and Programs office
Job Responsibilities
1) Drafting emails and letters for the CEO.
2) Checking his emails and responding to his emails upon approval.
3) Managing the CEO’s calendar and appointments with the sister
companies and clients.
4) Managing the CEO’s petty cash.
5) Having the minutes of meeting done for all of the CEO’s meetings.
6) Coordinating VIP travel, hotel and visa arrangements.
7) Managing Archived files and emails of the CEO.
8) Looking after the CEO’s office.
9) Develops and maintains a detailed project schedule which includes
administrative tasks and all sites involved in the project

22) Assisting all Project Managers with budget preparation.
 Worked with Al Shaheen Adventures and seconded to
Sheikh Zayed Military City as a Project Coordinator.

1) Welcoming UAE national Military Officers for assessment
2) Registering them and assigning ID cards
3) Allocating and Assigning them to their respective rooms.
4) Receive and respond to incoming telephone / e-mail enquiries for
training and on location

6) Preparing monthly report for the project manager which requires to
be given to the main client.
