• Best example of living beings are humans,
animals, plants.

Can reproduce
Can breathe
Can grow
Needs water and food to grow.

• Those things which do not have life and do
not grow, move or reproduce are called as
non-living things.
• Example for non living things are pencil box,
rubber, paper, etc.,
• Non-living things cannot:
Cannot grow
Cannot reproduce
Does not need food and water to grow.
Cannot breathe
