The principle of design building aims to create an environment that
can make the visitors feel relax and able to experience the amazing
display of the goods inside the center and get attracted to them. As it is
sales and distribution center, the building design, the environment
outside the building and room arrangement inside will need to nit and
tide and clean to make the visitors feel comfortable and attract the
more visitors or customers. The following factors will be considered
during the design building
Relating to the area where the building will be built, the new building
will need to have a suitable design on how tall it will be and how it will
take place. This will be decided during the design process.

project( the sellers and buyers are dependence) , I will
always try to keep in touch with the buyers by visiting to
their places and listen to what they complain and always try
to fix weaknesses in company and always try to meet their

The method used in this project is design build
method and design build method mainly based on the
owner conceptual plan. The company made the detail
of the project after the owner ideas have be raised. So
the possibility of the project to be successfully agreed
by the owner is high.
