This is my presentation on assignment submission "Crafting a Persuasive Strategy Presentation". This is from real life means from my workplace where I am loooking after central warehosue for medical supplies in COIVD-19.

• Stock should be physically verified and updated
• Data should be reconciled with stores at warehouse
• Backlog of data entry in WMS needs to be cleared
• Agreement on data governance – WMS/LMIS/DMIS

Currently, there is no document / certificate available to verify that stock at warehouse is inspected.
Data / figures regarding inventory items (presented in daily morning brief to Chairman NDMA) need to be reconciled with actual stock (physically verified) after data cleaning
Data entry in WMS is only updated since 24th June till date but not before that. Thus there is a backlog created which needs to be cleared
Currently flow of work is not being routed through WMS. For example, currently, if stocks are issued or received, it is done on vouchers and then manually entered in excel sheet by the staff and at the end it is entered in WMS.
