This document summarizes a workshop to discuss the findings of the 2017 SIGMA Monitoring Report on public administration reform in Albania. The workshop agenda included presentations on key findings and recommendations from the report regarding Albania's strategic framework, policy development, public service, accountability, and public financial management. There would be discussions on coordination of reforms and involvement of civil society organizations in monitoring reform. Senior Albanian officials, EU representatives, and international organizations would participate to discuss challenges of implementing reforms and priorities for the next phase of Albania's public administration reform strategy.
