Moderated by Milena Lazarevic, CEP 11:40 – 12:00 Coffee Break 12:00 – 12:50 Interactive discussion*: How to bring users to the table and make full use of digitalisation Moderated by Milena Lazarevic, CEP 12:50 –13:00 Conclusions, closing. * Interactive discussion rounds will focus on the way forward in continuing improvement of public service delivery in Serbia, stimulating peer-to-peer exchange and paving the way for finding common ground in the key topics to focus on. The participants will work together in smaller round tables, guided by the moderator. The working languages of the event will be English and Serbian. Simultaneous interpretation between these two languages will be provided.
