It may also causes physical or environmental damages. They can be natural or manmade caused. The hazard can be fires, chemical spills, tornadoes, hurricanes, explosions among others. When a leader is making an emergency evacuation he should do that basing on the ethics of the job and the culture of the people this will help in making for the environment and development of a safety corporate culture (Mason, 2004). The alarm should be distinct and able to be recognized by all the staff as a sign for evacuation.
