Job Responsibilities:
 Monitoring welding activities before, during and after welding operations.
 Controlling the welding of joints according to Isometric Drawings and checking
diameter, thickness, drawing number & class in welding progress report.
 Carry-out Welding Visual Inspection and Preparing daily welder performance
status.
 Coordinating NDT activities, sub-contractors inspection activities.
 Reviewing the PT, MT, RT, UT reports according to specification.
 Responsible for Welding repair Analysis.
 Prepare and update calibration status log of Inspection of measuring tools in the
project.
 Reviewing Welding Procedure Specification and Welder Qualification.
 Checking and controlling of consumables used in welding to ensure compliance
with WPS & Controlling Procedure.
 Reviewing the documents and guiding the contractor in maintaining the
documents to get the clearance before hydro-test.
 Perform inspections to ensure all welding confirm with engineering specifications.
 Preparing documentation part for all the inspection with the results and remarks.
 Reviewing filler wires and Electrodes of welding procedure Specification
according to standards.
 Visual inspection of welding joints during fabrications.
 Verification of the correct executed work at site as per approved QC Procedure
by Company and in accordance with engineering document.
 Ensure that pipe supports, hangers and guides have been installs in accordance
with the piping drawings and the pipe support details.
 Verify proper size and schedule of pipe.
 Coordination with the Client / Contractor for obtaining daily work requests, details
of services required etc.
 Plan and arrange necessary manpower/equipment/mobilization etc. to carry out
the work as requested by the Client / Contractor and ensure sufficient resources
for NDT operation
 To advise and assist on site / location requirements, and ensure all personnel
mobilizes to site have undergone site safety orientation.
 Ensure utilization of proper Personnel protective equipment (PPE’s) as deemed
necessary for site conditions
 Issue work Instructions to technicians whenever possible.
 Implement Radiation safety procedure and project specific requirement.
 Maintain efficient coordination for all project activities within the project team for
effective functioning.
 Administering disciplinary procedure to ensure compliance with best practices.

 Conduct site audit for compliance with company procedures and Radiation
