● Royal Street Cafe and Mariposa at Silver Lake Lodge. RSC is a busy upscale sky in/out lunch/dinner venue and
Mariposa has been #1 Zagat rated restaurant in the state of Utah.
● Maintain constant floor presence and support at every position as volume dictated.
● Update POS software daily with any changes. Inventory completed weekly and monthly.

● Manage fine dining operation at Sylvan Lake Lodge in the Black Hills with a focus on regional wines, game
