 It is the stage where ideas are created for
commercialization.
 Russ sardines research and development department
gather data and relative information for the creation of
new product that could ignite the wants of the
costumer to choose the product over the current
products that are already available in the market.

SCREENING
 In this stage is to screen if the idea would be in good
prospect that the business will venture.
 The Russ sardines company also relatively put into the
consideration about the development of this new
product would be costly or less expensive.
CONCEPT
DEVELOPMENT
ANDTESTING
 The Russ Sardines will introduce the various ideas the
business will decide to introduce that will have
substantial value, may be marketable, and draw
customers, especially those who would prefer sardines
that could eventually be created by employing or
relying on the organic ingredients.
 Since producing high-quality sardines is one of the
company's goals, a series of tests and evaluations will
be done at this point.
 The product in this stage will be finished following
those rounds of testing and review.
BUSINESS
ANALYSIS
 The company will have sales, cost, and profit
predictions at this time. Taking into account that the
company will introduce the revolutionary sardines that
consider the organic ingredients where the product is
affordable compared to the sardines available in the
market, the company will launch this product to
generate more profit.
PRODUCT
DEVELOPMENT
 It is the location where the product prototype is
developed and tested. At this stage, the emphasis is
focused on producing the desired product in accordance
with the given specifications.
TEST
MARKETING
 The product will be evaluated in a location where the
target market's or consumers' regular presence is
known.
 It involves determining whether the target market will
probably like or detest the product.
COMMERCIALIZ
ATION
 Russ sardines' product will finally be out on the market
after being made aware of by the general public or the
populace utilizing various communication techniques.
