- Clarify responsibilities between iGV
and PM in advance, including the
direct TL for the volunteers during the
peak
- Plan the weekly meetings with the
volunteers and maintain a routine for
them
- Bring Local Volunteers more close to
LC, in order to increase reintegration
rates
