3. S Some Important Information:
The LDA, today, is the most effective way of measuring the
quality of our leadership experiences, when it comes to the 4
LDM qualities. Therefore, make sure to guarantee all members
will actually think about their answers, and have his/her Inner
Journey when answering.
The whole process will be done through the
Opportunities/EXPA system. Remember that, just like our EPs,
we have to register all members on the Opportunities website.
The difference is that, after we allocate them as members (you
will se how to do this), their login starts working on EXPA too.

4. The first step to allocate your members on EXPA, is to make sure
everybody has an account on Opportunities. For that, ask them to
access opportunities.aiesec.org and click on Sign Up

5. They will have to fill in the boxes with Name, Surname, e-mail,
password, country, and LC. Remember to ask members to KEEP
their e-mail address , and send it to you.

After that, it is important that they fill their personal informations.

7. You will need to access https://experience-v1.aiesec.org (version
1 of EXPA) to allocate members. Enter your Login and Password.
After that, click in "My Comittee"

10. This is the page where you are going to allocate all your teams.
First, go to the bottom of the page.

know their exact account name)
2. By e-mail (in that case, they have to
accept the invitation)
In that case, you can allocate them directly to
their roles. When it happens, an e-mail goes to
their E-mail inbox, asking them to fill the LDA
If you can't find the member and/or don't
know if he/she is the right one, you need to
invited them by e-mail.

12. In case your members already have an account on Opportunities, you can
invite them directly to the LC. For that, click in "+Invite new member, and
type his/her name in the blank field (exactly as it is in the account)

TIP: if the name of the member is common, ask him/her to add a middle
name and/or a period (.) in the name, just for you to know he/she is the
right one.

13. The first step is to click on "+ Invite new member". After that, click
on "invite by e-mail", and fill in the boxes with Name, Surname,
E-mail and LC. Ask them for the e-mail they registered when they
created the account on Opportunities.

14. Now, refresh the page, and click in "ADD TEAM" in order to add
each team in your LC (one by one)

15. Fill in the "Team Details" fields with informations about each team. After
that, click on "SAVE TEAM"

16. The next step is to add members. For that, click on the team you just created, and click
on "Add team members".
Fill in the "Position Details", remembering that the time between "START DATE" and
"END DATE" should be 6 months (as seen in the image). In "ASSIGN MEMBERS", look
for the member that fills the spot you are adding, and click on "SAVE POSITION"

17. Good. Now that the VP is allocated, pass the mouse over the green little "+"
button, to add more people to the team. Don't forget to fill the "Position
Details", and to "ASSIGN MEMBERS", just like you did with the vp

18. When the whole team is allocated (VPs, PMs, and members), it will look like

19. From now on, the members are the ones responsible. The first
step is to ask them to access experience.aiesec.org, and log in with
the e-mail and password they created on Oppportunities.

20. Next step is to click on the photo (upper-right corner) and click on
"My Profile"

22. TIP 1: If the process does not work, try creating another account
and doing all steps again.
TIP 2: The EXPA system, sometimes, can be slow and/or stop
working. In case it happens, try closing your browser and trying
again after a few minutes
TIP 3: Count on your EB to help you communicate this message
to the LC. Teach them how to allocate, so they can help you
answer doubts that the members might have, and also track how
many members have filled the Assessment in their areas.

23. TIP 4: Ask members to guarantee the test has finished. It only
finishes when results for each LDM quality is shown.
TIP 5: You can have access to members' LDA score, if you are set
as their EP Manager (See slides about: How to allocate me as EP
Manager). Use this information to work with membership
development in conferences, team days etc. more effectively.

25. All your members will need an Opportunities account. You will be
responsible to be EP Manager of each one of them, Then, you will
need to go the EXPA and enter with your account.

Then, pass the mouse over the word “People”
as shown in the picture. Click on “My Committee’s Eps.

Then will appears all your Committee’s EPs. You need to find your
members, one by one. Click on the name of your member.

When you click on the name of yours members, will appear their
profiles. Click on the box that is showing “0 EP Manager”.
29. Then will be option to add you as the EP Manager. Click on “ADD”
and then you will be EP Manager of your member.
