being productive or not. Manage your staff so they perform at a
higher level and help you build a more successful LC.

Apprehend members performance are essential to increase
your LC results. Through performance reports you will be able
to assess the individual and group development. That will also
show you value the member’s decisions, methods, knowledge
and understanding.

Plan with your team. Weekly, monthly and by semester. *Don’t forget to review the plan
when needed*
Define team ambition, deliverables and key
performance indicators.
Have final responsables and deadlines to
each output.
Evaluate attainment of the plan.
