Cylinders, Compressors, Pressure vessels, and Valves of all kinds, all round NDE inspection
experience of Automatic Ultrasonic testing equipment, and manual ultrasonic testing units of all
kinds. Radiographic film interpretation, coatings inspections of FBE/ARO, ID and OD applications,
storage tank/vessel linings and exterior coatings of all kinds, Inspector is willing to travel and has no

Quality Assurance Engineer
8/2014 – Present: Oceanfront Engineering Inc.
Cameron – Stanley machining and tool corp. Carpentersville Illinois.
Inspector witnessed hardness testing, final dimensions, traceability and performed a
documentation review on various drilling system products and equipment. This project
has been ongoing for the majority of the past year and has come to a close.
• DNV-GL Houston- Clyde Union pumps Battle Creek MI. Inspector witnessed
Hydrostatic testing on the high and low pressure ends of a Mag Pump 1.75 x 3 TD60.
Inspector verified that the gauges and measuring device calibrations and reported on the
findings to the client via detailed daily reports.

• DNV-GL Abu- Presto Products Appleton Wisconsin. Inspector witnessed the
manufacturing process of GEOWEB Slope protection system or anti-erosion material
assuring the material was produced to agreed specifications. Inspector also witnessed all
mechanical and stress testing required and reported results via daily detailed reports.
October 2014- Jan 3, 2015: Texas International Engineering Consultants
Texas International Engineering Consultants: Timken, Canton Ohio
• Inspector on seamless casing, couplings and reducer material for 7 and 9 inch diameter
3140 chrome molly steel for Macroman Freeport Ultra Deep Well exploration. Inspector witnessed
the hot floor extruding and cooling bed process as well as the Heat Treat of the seamless drill
casing, couplings and reducer material. Monitored the in line ultrasonic testing witnessing the AUT
calibrations and manual prove ups. Witnessed mechanical lab testing such as Tensile, Charpy, and
Hardness testing. Monitored the shipping and load out process producing release notes and
detailed daily reports.
September 2011- July 2012: Inspection Co. T.I.E.C, Location Letourneau Longview
TX. Details Inspector was brought in after Cameron bought out the offshore division of Letourneau
to incorporate a documentation review and release process into the Letourneau shipping process
regarding manufactured offshore products. This process is now in full swing, I have trained a full
time on sight inspector to cover this project.
Mar-July, 2011: Inspection Company, Moody International. Location Dura-Bond,
Harrisburg Pa. Customer, Central NY oil and gas Services provided, ID inspection on 30 inch
DSAW of various sizes totaling 214,000 ft.
Feb-Mar, 2011: Inspection Company, Moody International. Location, USS Fairfield,
Tuboscope and Western pipe Customer Babcock Eagleton. Services provided, AT USS Fairfield
inspector monitored the hot mill process, as well as the final floor process. Tuboscope, inspector
monitored UT EMI/SEA. Western Pipe inspector monitored the hydro testing, and End
facing/Beveling on 1 item of 3 items run.
Jan- Feb, 2011: Inspection company: Moody International Location Camp Hill McKeesport Pa. Client
Capono. Services provided, Final bench inspector for 400,000 ft. 20 inch, various wall sizes.
April-May, 2010: Inspection Company: T.I.E.C, Location American Steel Pipe Birmingham, Alabama.
Client Enbridge Energy, Services provided, Lead inspector for mill rolling and coating of 90,000.00ft.

March-April, 2010: Inspection Company: Moody Int. Location Mobile, Alabama: Berg Pipe, services
provided ID coating bench inspection on Elpaso (ruby) project. Fill in due to a man leaving, 3 weeks.
Feb, 2010: Inspection Company: T.I.E.C (Texas international engineering consultants) Location,
American Steel Pipe, Birmingham Al. Client, Enbridge. Lead position for 85,000ft. Of 20” ERW
W/Coating at LB Foster, Birmingham Alabama, Inspection services provided are as follows, oversaw
a floor crew of NDE and final bench inspectors, witnessed all mechanical laboratory testing, for the
mill as well as coating. And performed and submitted detailed daily reports referencing all aspects
of the rolling and coating production process.
Nov, 2009- Jan, 2010: Inspection Company GL, Location, Welspun Little Rock Ar. Client; Elpaso
Ruby project 42” x 80ft. spiral DSAW, Inspection services provided: NDE, Reviewing of Radiographic
imaging, Hydrostatic testing miniaturization, as well as AUT indication and MUT prove up
inspections. Also performed detailed daily reports regarding all NDE information.
Oct, 2009- Nov, 2009: Inspection Company GL, Location Little Rock, Ar. Client; Elpaso project,
Ruby, Inspection services provided: Final Bench. Duties included 100% visual inspection ID and OD,
Performed detailed dimensional reports and submitted daily.
Oct, 2009: Inspection Company GL, Location Bay St Louis, MS. Client Florida Gas Transfer, fill in
for 9 days final bench. Duties include recording dimensional, and 100% visual inspection on 36” x .
429wt x 80ft, Performed and submitted daily reports.
Oct, 2009: Inspection Co. Moody INT, Tenars Hickman AR. Client Centerpoint, Lead on 136,000 ft of
6 5/8 .188wt. ERW. With standard FBE coating also performed at Tenaris. Duties include, performing
daily reports, and overseeing a floor inspection crew.
Feb, 2009 to Oct, 2009: Inspection Co. MCS Location Little Rock AR. Client Elpaso, Inspection
services provided, NDE. Inspection details consisted of monitoring of the coil UT, I UT, Hydrostatic
testing, Final AUT, as well as all MUT prove ups, Radiographic film interpretation, and also
monitoring the weld line parameters.
Feb, 2009: Inspection Co. MCS Location Labarge Channelview TX. Client Enbridge Pipelines,
Inspection services on 113,500’ of 20”X0.312 X-65 PSL 2 ERW, FBE coating Services provided Final
Coating inspection, as well as performing detailed hourly walk through and production reports to be
submitted to the client daily. Also witnessed all laboratory testing assuring tests are within
specifications provided.
Feb, 2009: Inspection Co. MCS Location Labarge Channelview TX. Client Enbridge Pipelines,
Performed load out inspection services on above project, duties are as follows, inspected rail cars
prior to loading, assuring protective ropes are spaced properly, and all banding secured to assure
safe transportation, documented and recorded pipe numbers, and heat numbers for shipping
traceability.
Nov, 2008-Feb, 2009: Inspection Co. MCS Location American Steel Pipe, Birmingham Alabama.
Client Elpaso/Colorado Interstate Gas Inspection services provided Lead position on 16” ERW X- 65
PSL-2. 650,456’. Details include performing daily reports submitted to the client and monitoring all
laboratory mechanical testing, as well as monitoring finish floor NDE and final bench crew.
Aug, 2008: Inspection Co. MCS. Client, ANR Pipeline, Location, Palmer Tanks Garden City KS
Inspection services provided, Inspection of Brine storage tanks. Details include Hydro testing,
exterior coating inspection, and load out.
May, 2008: Inspection Co. OCI, Client Energy Transfer/ETC. Location Shaw Sunland Fabrications
Walker LA. Inspection services provided Monitoring 36” induction bends. Details include, monitoring
all laboratory mechanical testing as well as weld seam PT testing and magnetic particle testing of
the beveled ends.
Apr, 2008: Inspection Co. OCI. Client, Energy Transfer Location Gulf Coast Modifications Houston
TX Inspection services provided, Modification of 16” manual operated ball valves from standard bolt
flange to Butt-weld flanges, Witnessing the machining and PT testing on modified ends.
Mar, 2008: Inspection Co. OCI, Client Transwestern Pipeline, Location, Houston TX. Inspection
services provided, Double joint girth weld coating on 36” 500Wt. Followed up by monitoring load
out.
Feb, 2008: Inspection co. OCI Sugar land TX. Client Energy Transfer/ETC, Location Kirksey Machine
shop Houston TX. Inspection services provided, the modification of 24, 16” manual ball valves from
standard bolt flange to but weld flange, witnessed the machining and PT testing as required.
Feb, 2008: ANR Pipe Line/Trans Canada, inspector returned to witness repairs on suction side valve cover
of cylinder and retesting of cover in Painted Post NY. Submitted daily reports to M.C.S.
Feb, 2008: ANR Pipe Line/Trans Canada, inspector on two part hydro testing on heat exchanger in Wichita
Falls TX. Submitted daily reports to M.C.S.
Jan, 2008: ANR Pipe Line/Trans Canada, inspector to inspect exterior coating of coolant and oil storage
tanks in Garden City KS. Submitted daily reports to M.C.S.
Jan, 2008: ANR Pipe Line/ Trans Canada, Inspector returned to witness head bolt-hole repair and hydro
retesting at Dresser Rand in Painted Post NY. Submitted daily reports to M.C.S.
Jan, 2008: ANR Pipe Line/Trans Canada, Inspector on hydro testing of coolant and oil storage tanks 6ft x

Nov, 2007: ANR Pipe Line/Trans Canada lead position on FBE coating of 1338.6ft of 48in. x 0.406w DSAW
API5L-X70 PSL1 in Midwest coating Schererville IN. I monitored all coating aspects of the entire coating
process. Submitted daily reports to M.C.S.
Oct, 2007: Enbridge, Trawick project for M.C.S lead position on coating at Dura- Bond in McKeesport, Pa.
1,220.00ft. 20in. x 0.312w FBE and 11,000ft 20 in x 0.375w dual coat ARO.
Oct, 2007: Enbridge, Trawick project For M.C.S lead position on rolling of 1,220.00ft. 20 in. x0.312w and
11,000ft 20in. x 0.375w At Camp Hill Corp. McKeesport, Pa
Sep. 2007: Panhandle for M.C.S power Crete on 30 in. x0.430w just 45 joints 1,701.1ft. This took place at
Midwest Coaters in Schererville In. Witnessed all hardness testing and final inspection. Performed daily walk
thru, and submitted daily reports.
Aug 2007: M.C.S traveled to Michigan to inspect a D-5 20in. ball valve for proper flange alignment.
Performed physical measurements and took photos twto the client.
July 2007: National fuel / Engineering at Stupp Corp. Baton Rouge La. Final bench inspection for Moody
Int. 32,400ft. 24in. x 0.494w x 70 Psl2. Duties include performing physical dimensional measurements and
keeping daily dimensional reports
June – July 2007: Enbridge project For M.C.S at Tanaris in Hickman Ark. Lead on coating job of various
sizes. 6in. x 0.280w, 6in. x 0.219w along with 12 in. x 0.375, and 12 in. 0.219w. Duties include daily walk
thru reports, and submitting daily reports to the customer. This was a 6 week project.
April – May 2007: Panhandle project Berg Pipe Panama City fl. M.C.S job Duties include 2nd
. Shift lead
and also monitored load out. Job consisted of many various wall sizes, this was approximately 7 weeks.
This also a M.C.S job
Mar 2007: I performed final bench in the Dura-Bond coating facility Steelton, Pa. this was an ongoing
project for Moody Int. My duties include daily walk thru reports keeping track of all aspects of the coating
FBE procedure. This was about a two week job.
Feb 2007: I assisted lead for Embridge order for MCS. I assisted lead on final floor inspection. Submitted
daily reports, as well as obtaining test results from lab. Pipe was 10 ¾ x.219, 144,700ft of sj-erw.
Jan 2007: I assisted lead for Anadarko order at Stupp in Baton Rouge LA. Pipe was 72,200 ft 16”.375x52.
Monitored finish floor and submitted daily reports. MCS job
Nov 2006: I was lead inspector for MCS job Elpaso Oil & Gas at USS Fairfield in Alabama. 3,600 ft
5”23.20#Q-125 Checked certifications and calibrations Submitted daily reports.
Aug-Oct 2006: Job Center Point Energy at Jindal Saw Pipe in Baytown TX. Final bench inspector for
coating on 917,640ft of 42in double joint 2000 ft. sj-aro; 852,909 ft. dj-fbe; 27,490 ft. dj-aro; 33,641 ft. sj-fbe;
16,000 ft. sj-bare. Job was for Moody Int.
June 28th
2006: I was lead inspector for MCS on the Elpaso Oil & Gas job at USS Fairfield in Alabama.
Pipe (40,000)4-1/2”15.10#T-95 P.E. Job entailed: standard rolling, verification of certifications, calibration,
witnessing certification test, heat verification, monitor mechanical testing as well as daily reports.
June 2006: I was final bench inspector on coating for Fed met Tubular. Total pipe was 145,996 of FBE
coating. This was at the same time at the Maverick mill in Blytheville, AR for Moody INT.
May 2006: I assisted lead in 89,760 ft of pipe for POGO Products. This was rolled and then had to be full
body magged. I witnessed this pipe being rolled, magged and damaged. This took place at the same time
as the Embridge job for MCS. I assisted lead and submitted daily reports.
March-Aug. 2006: I assisted lead for MCS for an Embridge job. I assisted with the whole operation of both
the rolling and coating; this took place at both Maverick mills in Counts TN and Blytheville AR. I assisted in
over 500,000 ft of erw pipe. The coating was ARO/FBE.
March 2nd
-15th
2006: MCS Enbridge job. I assisted lead. I watched calibrations twice per shift. Checked
certifications on all operators and checked certifications and calibrations on all necessary equipment this
included hydro, AUT, ands MUT, hand held equipment that was used in the job progress. I turned in daily
reports to lead.
February 2006: Inspection Company Moody International. Customer Enterprise Products Location Berg
Pipe in Panama City, FL Inspection services provided, NDE Girth weld 36" X 0.515x80' double joint, 500,000
feet of pipe. Duties include Radiographic film interoperations, and Manual Ultrasonic scanning. Documented
all activity and submitted detailed daily reports.
January 2006: Inspection Company Moody International. Customer Energy Transfer, Location Stupp in
Baton Rouge La, 113,000ft. 16” ERW, Inspection services provide, NDE, Duties included monitoring the
Automatic Ultrasonic Tester assuring all indications are proved up using Manual ultrasonic testing method to
determine defect or false indication. Inspector also monitored Hydrostatic testing performing dimensional
measurements before and after hydro checking for expansion/distortion issues. Witnessed all API required
mechanical testing performed in the lab assuring tests to be within acceptable specifications tolerances
provided. Inspector performed and submitted detailed daily reports to the client regarding production and
progress.
December 2005: Inspection Company Moody International. Customer Sempra Location Maverick Tube
Hickman Ar. Inspection services provided, NDE/Lead on 20”x80 .312wt 22,000ft. Duties are as follows, I
witnessed calibrations on both the north and south units assuring proper calibration standard. Checked for
calibration certifications on all UT equipment witnessed inline calibrations and observed the recorded book
to assure that all operators were currently certified. I also followed up on all AUT indications with MUT prove
up method assuring indications are within acceptable tolerances. Inspector witnessed all API required
mechanical testing in the laboratory assuring tests are within acceptable tolerances provided. Inspector
performed and submitted a detailed report covering the process in its entirety to the client.
December 2005: Inspection Company, Moody International. Customer Shell, Location Midwest Coating,
Schererville, Inspection services provided on 33,00ft 36 x 40ft joints of FBE/ARO coating. Duties performed
are as follows, Performed detailed hourly coating plant walk- thru reports reporting/documenting all aspects
of production during the coating process. Monitored/witnessed all CDT, Contamination, and bend tests
performed in the laboratory assuring tests were indeed to specifications provided. Inspector obtained copies
of MTRs, lab test results and all pertinent documentation regarding the coating run. Performed and
submitted a detailed report to the client.
November 2005: Inspection Company Moody International. Customer Enterprise Products, Location,
CSI Fontana Ca. Inspection services provided on 12-3/4 x 65 footage 98,000ft. Inspector performed final
bench inspection. Performing dimensional measurements including gauss readings, as well as a visual
inspection and submitting detailed daily reports.
September 2005: Inspection Company Moody International. Location, Stupp in Baton Rouge, La. Client
Sunoco, Inspection services provide on the final bench, taking dimensional measurements, inspecting bevel
ends, as well as performing a 100% visual inspection. Inspector performed and submitted detailed daily
dimensional reports.
September 2005: Inspection Company Moody International, Location Stupp Baton Rouge La, Client Shell
Inspection services provided, Final bench for 112,000ft. 16” ERW PSL2 Details included 100% detailed
dimensional and visual inspection of all joints. Inspector also performed and submitted detailed final bench
daily reports regarding all activities and logged dimensional information throughout the entire order.
Aug, 2005: Inspection Co. Kenny Wells Inspection, Field inspection services consisted of NDE weld
inspection and MUT/Radiographic film interpretation on 30” spread.
Mar, 2005: Inspection Co. CMI, Field inspection services provided NDE welding inspection and
MUT/Radiographic film interoperation on 30” spread.
Oct, 2004: Inspection Co. HK Ward Inspection, Field inspection Services provided, Girth weld Coating,
Holiday detection and repairs.

Inspector witnessed the hot floor extruding and cooling bed process as well as the Heat Treat of the seamless drill casing, couplings and reducer material. Monitored the in line ultrasonic testing witnessing the AUT calibrations and manual prove ups. Witnessed mechanical lab testing such as Tensile, Charpy, and Hardness testing. July 2007: National fuel / Engineering at Stupp Corp. Baton Rouge La. Final bench inspection for Moody Int. 32,400ft. 24in. x 0.494w x 70 Psl2. Duties include performing physical dimensional measurements and keeping daily dimensional reports June – July 2007: Enbridge project For M.C.S at Tanaris in Hickman Ark. Lead on coating job of various sizes. 6in. x 0.280w, 6in. x 0.219w along with 12 in. x 0.375, and 12 in. 0.219w. Duties include daily walk thru reports, and submitting daily reports to the customer. This was a 6 week project. April – May 2007: Panhandle project Berg Pipe Panama City fl. M.C.S job Duties include 2nd . Shift lead and also monitored load out. Job consisted of many various wall sizes, this was approximately 7 weeks. This also a M.C.S job Mar 2007: I performed final bench in the Dura-Bond coating facility Steelton, Pa. this was an ongoing project for Moody Int. My duties include daily walk thru reports keeping track of all aspects of the coating FBE procedure. This was about a two week job. Feb 2007: I assisted lead for Embridge order for MCS. I assisted lead on final floor inspection. Submitted daily reports, as well as obtaining test results from lab. Pipe was 10 ¾ x.219, 144,700ft of sj-erw. Jan 2007: I assisted lead for Anadarko order at Stupp in Baton Rouge LA. Pipe was 72,200 ft 16”.375x52. Monitored finish floor and submitted daily reports. MCS job Nov 2006: I was lead inspector for MCS job Elpaso Oil & Gas at USS Fairfield in Alabama. 3,600 ft 5”23.20#Q-125 Checked certifications and calibrations Submitted daily reports. Aug-Oct 2006: Job Center Point Energy at Jindal Saw Pipe in Baytown TX. Final bench inspector for coating on 917,640ft of 42in double joint 2000 ft. sj-aro; 852,909 ft. dj-fbe; 27,490 ft. dj-aro; 33,641 ft. sj-fbe; 16,000 ft. sj-bare. Job was for Moody Int. June 28th 2006: I was lead inspector for MCS on the Elpaso Oil & Gas job at USS Fairfield in Alabama. Pipe (40,000)4-1/2”15.10#T-95 P.E. Job entailed: standard rolling, verification of certifications, calibration, witnessing certification test, heat verification, monitor mechanical testing as well as daily reports. June 2006: I was final bench inspector on coating for Fed met Tubular. Total pipe was 145,996 of FBE coating. This was at the same time at the Maverick mill in Blytheville, AR for Moody INT. May 2006: I assisted lead in 89,760 ft of pipe for POGO Products. This was rolled and then had to be full body magged. I witnessed this pipe being rolled, magged and damaged. This took place at the same time as the Embridge job for MCS. I assisted lead and submitted daily reports. March-Aug. 2006: I assisted lead for MCS for an Embridge job. I assisted with the whole operation of both the rolling and coating; this took place at both Maverick mills in Counts TN and Blytheville AR. I assisted in over 500,000 ft of erw pipe. The coating was ARO/FBE. March 2nd -15th 2006: MCS Enbridge job. I assisted lead. I watched calibrations twice per shift. Checked certifications on all operators and checked certifications and calibrations on all necessary equipment this included hydro, AUT, ands MUT, hand held equipment that was used in the job progress. I turned in daily reports to lead. February 2006: Inspection Company Moody International. Customer Enterprise Products Location Berg Pipe in Panama City, FL Inspection services provided, NDE Girth weld 36" X 0.515x80' double joint, 500,000 feet of pipe. Duties include Radiographic film interoperations, and Manual Ultrasonic scanning. Documented all activity and submitted detailed daily reports.

Customer Energy Transfer, Location Stupp in Baton Rouge La, 113,000ft. 16” ERW, Inspection services provide, NDE, Duties included monitoring the Automatic Ultrasonic Tester assuring all indications are proved up using Manual ultrasonic testing method to determine defect or false indication. Inspector also monitored Hydrostatic testing performing dimensional measurements before and after hydro checking for expansion/distortion issues. Witnessed all API required mechanical testing performed in the lab assuring tests to be within acceptable specifications tolerances provided. Inspector performed and submitted detailed daily reports to the client regarding production and progress. December 2005: Inspection Company Moody International. Customer Sempra Location Maverick Tube Hickman Ar. Inspection services provided, NDE/Lead on 20”x80 .312wt 22,000ft. Duties are as follows, I witnessed calibrations on both the north and south units assuring proper calibration standard. Checked for calibration certifications on all UT equipment witnessed inline calibrations and observed the recorded book to assure that all operators were currently certified. I also followed up on all AUT indications with MUT prove up method assuring indications are within acceptable tolerances. Inspector witnessed all API required mechanical testing in the laboratory assuring tests are within acceptable tolerances provided. Inspector performed and submitted a detailed report covering the process in its entirety to the client. December 2005: Inspection Company, Moody International. Customer Shell, Location Midwest Coating, Schererville, Inspection services provided on 33,00ft 36 x 40ft joints of FBE/ARO coating. Duties performed are as follows, Performed detailed hourly coating plant walk- thru reports reporting/documenting all aspects of production during the coating process. Monitored/witnessed all CDT, Contamination, and bend tests performed in the laboratory assuring tests were indeed to specifications provided.
