audits for several welding shops in the Middle

I have worked on several different major construction
projects in California and Nevada. Some of my
accomplishments include the following:
Three 750-megawatt combined natural gas and
steam turbine facilities. Performed special
inspections on reinforced concrete and structural
steel. Also performed welding and ultrasonic (UT)
inspections.
A new hydrocracker project at a Conoco-Phillips
Refinery in Rodeo, California. I performed high
strength bolting and welding inspections on this
project.
Two airport additions including runways and a three
story concourse at the McCarran International
airport in Las Vegas, Nevada.
I have provided lead inspection roles on several
high rise buildings from five to forty stories. Also
performed inspection on site and shop fabrication
activities. Duties included inspection of soil,
reinforced concrete, masonry, bolting verification,
post tension slabs, VT, UT and MT welding
inspection.
I performed VT and PT inspections on three steel
bridges located on Interstate Five (I-5) for the state
of California.

Genentech's Cell Culture Building that consists of
three stories of 10,000 tons of steel. Duties include
inspection and testing of concrete, structural steel,

Capitol East End project that consisted of 1.4
million square feet. At the time was the largest
office building project every built by the state of
California. I performed special inspections on soils,
masonry, reinforced concrete, fireproofing,
structural steel, bolting, NDE, UT and MT.
Interstate Five (I-5) provided nuclear density testing
on sub-grade material, asphalt sampling and
testing.
Provided special inspections on four(4) California
hospitals. These inspections were being performed
under strict requirements of OHSPOD and
California Title 24.
Provided post tensioning, rebar, and concrete
inspection on a twelve (12) story parking garage in
Reno Nevada.
