 Collection of project requirements( Brain storming ,Interviewing, prototyping )
 Define scope of project a brief idea of product
 Subdividing project scope into smaller , more manageable components WBS.
 Contract can have article/part for managing conflicts / dispute
 Define activities Actions need to perform to produce the project deliverables
