3. Social Case Work Is the Process to help the
individual. Help is to given to him to make him
(1) Self sufficient (2) Confident and (3)
Independent. The nucleus of social case work
is given by H.H Pearlman as this ;
A PERSON with a PROBLEM comes to a PLACE
where a PROFESSIONAL REPRESENTATIVE
helps him by a given PROCESS.

Client (special person who have some problem).

A problem is a situation which exists anywhere
anytime and effects any person.
Problems has two Kinds.
1). INTERPERSONAL.
2). INTERAPERSONAL.
In mind are relating to internal aspects of a person
especially the emotions.
Example.
A student write down the lecture in class he has no

2). NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATIONS.

9. The process of the case work is the like of the
process of MEDICAL DOCTOR.
Process in case work means an Organized
(Systematic And Step By Step) Method of
helping people to let them out of trouble.
The process of C.W is Given by H.H Pearlman has
three Phases.
1).Study
2).Diagnoses
3).Treatment.

10. The professional representative in case work
the person whose services are hired by the
social services agency. A person who has
scientific skills and knowledge about human
behavior and human psychology.
Professional Representative is Called “Case
Worker”.
In Pakistan and other countries of the world , A
master in S.W Degree is required for the
professional level worker.
