Rudy C. Wick has over 30 years of experience in mining engineering and management. He holds a BS in Mining Engineering from South Dakota School of Mines & Technology. Most recently, he worked as an engineer for Kiewit Corporation, where he planned earthworks for the Kearl Oil Project in Canada. Prior to that, he spent 15 years with Rio Tinto Energy America in various engineering and management roles, including Technical Services Manager at the Jacobs Ranch Mine. He has extensive experience in mine planning, budgeting, permitting, and operations management.

and materials and created proposals. Created Workplans and Construction Work
Packages for the Owner’s approval. Specialized in the geotechnical instrument
programs and drain pipe systems during dyke construction. Analyzed drawings
and specifications to ensure work was performed as intended. Wrote RFI’s,
SDR’s and Submittals as required to ensure operations was able to perform the
work. Daily involvement with Operations in the optimization of the plan.
