Ulnar head: Medial margin of olecranon
Upper ⅔ rd of posterior border of ulna
Insertion:
Pisiform bone, Hook of hamate,
Base of the fifth metacarpal
Actions: Flexor of wrist joint
Adduction of wrist
(with extensor carpi ulnaris)
Nerve supply: Ulnar nerve
