• FOOD IS VERY IMPORTANT BECAUSE IF WE DO NOT EAT WE DIE ALSO IF WE EAT
BADLY: A LOT OF FAT, LITTLE VEGETABLES AND LITTLE FRUIT WE CAN HAVE ILLNESSES.
BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO EAT WELL AND EXERCISE.
3. WHY ARE SO MANY PEOPLE THAT THEIR
HEALTH HAS WORSENED BECAUSE OF
WHAT THEY HAVE EATEN?
• BECAUSE JUNK FOOD IS VERY ADDICTED BECAUSE THEY DO THINGS TO YOU THAT MAKE YOU LIKE IT
MORE INCLUDING SUGAR. IF WE EAT MANY OF THESE FOODS, OUR HEALTH WORSENS.
4. THE DIET
• WHEN YOUR HEALTH WORSENS THERE IS
SOMETHING YOU CAN DO CALLED A DIET, FOR THAT
YOU HAVE TO EAT HEALTHY FOOD: FRUIT,
VEGETABLES, LOW-FAT THINGS AND AVOID EATING
PRECOOKED FOOD.
5. WHAT CAN HAPPEN TO US?
• IF YOU EAT TOO MUCH FOOD AND DON´T EXERCISE YOU CAN BECOME OVERWEIGHT. YOU CAN HAVE
PROBLEMS WITH YOUR BACK AND JOINTS , AND YOUR HEART HAS TO WORK HARDEN TO PUMP THE
BLOOD AROUND YOUR BODY.
• ALSO , IF YOU EAT TOO MUCH FOOD WITH LOTS FATS , SOME OF THESE CAN GO ONTO THE WALLS OF YOUR
BLOOD VESSELS AND MAKE THEM NARROW. THIS MAKES IT DIFFICULT FOR BLOOD TO FLOW AND CAN
LEAD TO A HEART ATTACK.
