almost monthly when doing any
physical activities overhead, and a
low back that had been herniated
leading him to be unsure about

7. • For a guy over 200 lbs, he was under

wheel of not knowing how to
progress. Now at 52, he’s stronger

close to 15lbs of muscle and is
