Spring Grove comprises of a complex of 4 Towers of 19 storey each and 9 buildings of 7 storey each. The towers stand on a 2-storey podium equipped with
Ample car parking, sewage treatment plant, water storage facility and rain water harvesting provision. The podium is topped with exquisite landscape,
clubhouse, swimming pools and outdoor sports facilities with demarcated pedestrian and vehicular zones. The towers flank the landscape composition. The
towers have been designed to provide excellent cross-ventilation in every apartment and with more than 75% left as open space residents could look out of
their apartments to a haven of lush green carpets in the internal landscape and also enjoy a clear line of sight to the nearby hills. The overall design concept
portrays a sleek & rhythmic composition of silhouette, masses, edges and façade lines resulting in a modern yet minimalist design.
The proposed concept comprised of a complex of a single 22 storied tower and 5 buildings of 7 floors each. The buildings stand atop a
podium equipped with car parks, STP, rainwater harvesting systems and water storage facilities The towers flank an internal landscaped
zone having club houses, gardens and demarcated pedestrian and vehicular zone. Forest ferns in a conceptual exercise in imparting fluidity
and a floating effect to a large composite mass tying the various functional elements together in a single large dynamic composition.

Envisaged with fresh and youthful graphics, vibrant colours and textures, a new visual palette was created. Individual elements were
developed and detailed to tie into the new branding concept, including the floating light box, lounge seating, bar stools, poufs, indoor-
outdoor areas and a new language of wall graphics.
Client : Muthoot Finance Ltd.
Location : Kochi, India.
The design scheme for neighborhood at Kochi comprises of 4 villa’s, 14 row houses and a club house. The houses has been designed as a
direct response to the hot and humid climate of the region with an almost torrential rainy season. The use of local materials and labour and
maximum utilisation of natural light and ventilation results in economic viability and a contextual design solution.
The design for weekend homes on the outskirts of Rajkot, Gujarat, offer an aspirational lifestyle with contemporary built spaces subtly
integrating local cultural references and traditional space-use concepts. In ‘Elysium’, the tranquil and calm energy of simple and flexible ‘zen’
spaces is balanced with the vibrancy of traditional spatial elements. The ‘otla’ (sit-out at the entry), Seat-Swing, Verandah and courtyard
with gently flowing water add character to an open plan where spaces flow into each other. Sitting by the Nyari river, the site is extensively
landscaped and the clubhouse lies at the centre of the development with a mix of activities and vibrant & meditative spaces.
The core of the home is a double height dining deck. This connects each space internally and extends itself into the garden through the
courtyard and pond. A sky-lit bridge connects the master bedroom at the uppermost level and floats over the living room with the
effervescent green wall of the adjoining toilet imparting a mystic diffused glow. By using only natural rich finishes, the home retains a
timelessness and elegance which is echoed in the 100 villas across the neighbourhood.
Located on a 6.5 acre site, Club privilege at Rajkot provides World class sports and banqueting facilities. In addition, a lawn has been
landscaped to provide a perfect setting for events of up to 7,000 people. The sundecks, terraces, soft roofs and screens are elements taken
from traditional architecture but interpreted into a contemporary context. The elevational elements add an interesting play of light and
shadow in the interior while making it sustainable in the extreme weather conditions.
Skye & Walker is designed and built of sustainable concept with all the furniture, flooring & decor which are made from natural, recycled &
reclaimed materials. Efforts were made to recycle, reduce waste, save water & energy but also use non-toxic cleaning materials as well as
biodegradable take out containers. Existing Granite Countertops from original fit out were crushed into aggregate and re-used within the
Concrete floor admixture within the refurbishment. Reclaimed solid scaffold planks with their unique used characteristics lent themselves
to interior features such as: HangingTeardrop features, Corner display Unit, Tallboy Furniture pieces.
Palace Garden at Level Kids, is a luxury fashion concept for children developed by the Dubai-based luxury retailer Chalhoub Group. The
design theme offers a unique luxury experience in international curated category shopping, while being simultaneously dynamic and
distinctive. The store has created a fashionable, wonderment, playful and quintessential destination for both the parents and their kids,
which is set to become the international reference in the children’s luxury retail space.
The ‘customized’ design environment reflects the global presence and the specific nature of work of the organization. This acts as a
continuous source of motivation leading to a more productive & innovative work atmosphere. The design solution comprises of an open
office concept with main design principles based around hierarchy, activity zoning, functionality, ease of execution and an exuberant work
environment. The entire material palette, layout & visual imagery have been customized to address the need of a firm’s requirement of
establishing & showcasing its unique identity .
The entire house, with 1800 sq.ft area, was designed as a simple & soothing space embracing the majestic chrome and white finish. The
spaces are designed to unwind by the ocean side after a hectic workday with various activity zones as per the available space. Expansive
white marble, natural colours, minimal furniture create a peaceful living environment within a mix of private & entertainment spaces.
Neutral tones of grey, blacks and whites for flooring, furnishings, lighting fixtures and textiles were used. An open flow throughout the
home was created, taking advantage of long axial views through the space and drawing light through. The wall planes act more like
sculptural screening elements while letting light and space flow around them.
The approach for Last Resort was thusly an exercise in juxtaposition, with old and new elements, organic and manufactured materials, hard
and soft textures harmoniously balanced. Exposed red brick and the black timber we sourced, are paired with chrome fixtures, blackened
steel wine racks and Carrera Marble tabletops. The face of the shop is adorned with customised blackboard paint. Hanging low overhead,
pendants lights and spot lights were used to achieve the desired ambience for gaming.

Balanced between a fresh contemporary touch and a hint of Arabic flavour was achieved through the application of specially selected
fabrics and lighting fixtures. A neutral ambiance has been developed and flows through the living area, dining room, kitchen, guest bedroom
and master bedroom. In contrast a playful nature was evoked in the kid’s bedroom by using bold colours and personalizing to their
individual preference. Warmth was added to each room through the use of specialized painting techniques combined with wallpaper on
feature walls and ceilings. The finished project denotes elegance in a family environment and was achieved through well structured and
coherent design .
The design needed to incorporate the company’s corporate image and branding. This was achieved by designing a modern, functional office
with a welcoming and spacious atmosphere. A bright and airy design was implemented with separate areas portioned by glass panels
optimizing the light and open spaces. This design resulted in modern functional workspaces in an open plan environment. Stylish textures
and finishing effects topped the creation of a modern and welcoming, open spaced office.
A completely new concept was designed to transform a drab shell and core concrete area into a relaxing haven that accentuates the client’s
use of organic and natural products. The spa consists of two levels. The top floor, which is dedicated to the beautifying of hands, feet and
nails, and the bottom floor, which is more of a spa atmosphere dedicated to the holistic benefits of face and body treatments. The stone
flooring, the textured walls and the introduction of coral, moss, wood chippings, and grass in the displays all emphasise the natural and
organic products of the spa. The luxurious pedicure chairs and individual curtained areas enable customers to feel pampered in a holistic
and intimate setting.
Focus was given to creating comfortable, modern glass meeting rooms for entertaining even the most disconcerting of clients, emanating a
relaxed yet professional ambiance.Sleek wooden and carpet flooring complimenting fresh neutral yet warm colours with an element of
contrasting blues streamlined though out the office giving the space a refreshing energy enhancing vibe, keeping staff up beat and
productive.
