Unit manufacture of Nitro derivatives,benzene derivatives, Chloro derivatives of aromatic
compound, Aniline derivatives, Dimethyl Phthalic anhydride, calcium chloride, Separation by
vacuum distillation and atmospheric distillation.
Job profile:
 Preparing mass balance, energy balance, Process safety Norms & HAZOP study of
different process , modifications for cost saving and increase production efficiency.

2.  Design of distillation column, PHE, Shell and tube heat exchangers.
 Utility and heat load calculations and sizing of utilities equipment.

 Creating Engineering drawings, layouts, P&ID ,PFD using AutoCAD and Microsoft Visio.
 Achieving maximum production with minimum downtime and minimizing the losses.
 Operate plant independently while adhering to the production improvement, quality
improvement and cost deduction.
 Trouble shooting of problems arises during manufacturing Process & unit operations like
distillation, absorption, filtration, crystallization, drying etc.

 Reactors/ HE: CSTR/ shell & tube HE, Plate Type HE, Re-boiler, Condenser.
 Operating system : D.C.S (Siemens and Honeywell)

 Pump: Centrifugal & various types.
