from CIPET-LUCKNOW under the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (Govt. of India).
I have completed my in plant industrial training in CPVC, COMPOSITE PE-AL-PE PIPE & BLOW
MOULDED TANKS plant of Vectus ind. Ltd. an ISO 9001:2008 certified company, a leading
manufacturer of CPVC, COMPOSITE PE-AL-PE Pipes & Fittings from 14 Aug 2012 to 14 Jan 2013.
Now I am working with Vectus ind. Ltd. CPVC pipe and injection molded fitting, Composite PE-AL-
PE and blow molded tanks plant as a Shift Engineer in Quality Assurance Department from 1 Feb
2013 to till now.
I am able to work in any type of environment with technical and non-technical man power.
As a shift engineer in Vectus ind. Ltd. , I learned a lot like how to check the quality of product using
various tests as per standards, new mould trail dimensions, how to maintain 5s in shop floor. Also
having exposure to injection molding process and can understand and set process parameters with
standard process parameter sheet. How cooperate with other departments like Tool Room,
Maintenance, Packing & others.
