SATA VIKAS INDIA Pvt. Ltd. Faridabad, New Delhi, India
SATA VIKAS produce large number of high tech and high quality products, which are used by
many Automobiles companies throughout world. Flywheels, connecting rods, cylinder heads,
exhaust manifolds, intake manifolds, transmission cases, steering boxes, EGR brackets, levers,
bearing blocks, are significant examples of SATA production.
Project Worked on:
Training across all departments in SATA VIKAS
Detailed Design for flywheel production for General Motors and JCB
Flywheel production process for General Motors and JCB
Flywheel Driving Concept
Flywheel & Transmission Design
Flywheel production line learning
Flywheel Production from scratch:
Process includes creating design drawing for flywheel with 153 tooth, 12.75” diameter.
Cutting of square sheet corners to produce disc shape, drilling hole in center of sheet and then
plate was offered up to the chuck jaws and the live center. Then skimming the discs up to the
size required, clean and measure for required size and use of lathe to profile them a bit. And then
Torque test is performed to check the torque and finally it is delivered to the particular company
after packing.
