WORK EXPERIENCE
2016 – PRESENT: HARVEY NICHOLS (Alshaya) – Department Supervisor (Al Rai,
Kuwait)
Duties: My duties include managing a retail staff within a business, coordinating with the buyer
regarding the purchase of the goods, sets up displays, and assists customers and staff during
business hours. Identifying current and future trends that appeal to consumers and ensuring the
merchandise is clean and ready to be displayed. This job role has helped me to coordinate more
internally in the business with the buyers and visual merchandisers thus helping me gain more
knowledge and skills regarding their roles.
2012 – 2016: HARVEY NICHOLS (Alshaya) – Sales Associate/Senior Sales Associate (Al
Rai, Kuwait)
Duties: As a Harvey Nichols Sales Associate, I was a part of a fast-paced luxury department
store. I used to and still provide an excellent customer service by creating a rapport with each
customer and ensure a truly unique shopping experience. Working with high end designer brands
such as Vivienne Westwood, Moncler, Alexander McQueen, Valentino and many such brands
helped me gain expert product knowledge thus giving me the courage to share brand knowledge
with the customers whilst acting with integrity at all times.
2007 – 2012: EVERY MOMENT (Moments Group) – Fashion Advisor (Al Rai, Kuwait)
Duties: As a fashion advisor, my role was to advise clients in regards to their fashion needs. This
job gave me a lot of opportunity in the fashion world and also taught me how to deal with my
clients with a great understanding. In this role, I had to keep myself updated regarding the latest
trends and then share this knowledge with my clients’. This helped me to keep an up to date
bond with my customers and thus improve my customer service. Weekly, I used to share

what is required for the upcoming season.
